| It is found that the plyometric training is a new strength training method,which can effectively improve the explosive force of lower limbs.However,there is controversy on whether the suitable objects need better basic strength,and there is lack of practical research on ordinary college students.The reform of physical fitness test makes it of practical significance for college students to improve the explosive force of lower limbs.Objective: To design a set of plyometric training plan for ordinary college students,and to study whether the training methods and means of fast stretching compound training are effective for college boys without Physical Training.In addition,the effect of the plyometric training on the explosive strength of lower limbs of male college students was explored by comparing the strength resistance training.Methods:(1)Using the method of literature and expert interview to make a set of plyometric training plan suitable for ordinary college students;(2)Using the method of questionnaire to select the evaluation index of the explosive power of the lower limbs of ordinary college students;(3)Randomly selected 40 non physical education students in Hangzhou Normal University,randomly divided into experimental group and control group,20 people in each group,for 6 weeks of training experiment.The test indexes are 50 meter run,standing long jump,20 meter single jump,standing triple jump and run-up touch height;(4)Statistical analysis method were used to analyze the test data of five indicators respectively,and then the differences between the pre-test and post test within the group and between groups were summarized and compared.Results:(1)There was no statistical difference in the five indexes between the control group and the experimental group(P > 0.05);(2)In the control group,there are very significant differences between the pre-test and the post test in the five indicators(P < 0.01),the post test average is higher than the pre-test,which has a large effect on the 50 meter run and 20 meter single jump indicators(ES > 0.4),and has a medium level effect on the standing long jump,standing triple jump and run-up touch height indicators(ES > 0.25);(3)There were significant differences between the pre-test and the post test in the five indexes of the experimental group(P < 0.01),The mean value of the post test was higher than that of the pre-test,and the five indexes all had significant effect(ES > 0.4);(4)There are significant differences between the post test results of the control group and the experimental group in the four indexes of 50 m run,standing long jump,20 m single jump and standing triple jump(P < 0.05),The post test mean of the experimental group is higher than that of the control group,with a medium effect on the three indexes of 50 M run,20 m single jump and standing triple jump(ES > 0.5),and a large effect on standing long jump(ES > 0.8);there was no significant difference in the run-up touch height index(P > 0.05),but the post test results of the experimental group were higher than that of the control group.Conclusion:(1)The plyometric training and the strength resistance training can can improve the explosive power of lower limbs of college boys.(2)The training effect of plyometric training is better than strength confrontation training.(3)For college boys,the plyometric training has more advantages than the strength resistance training in improving their speed and jumping ability. |
