Vigorously developing China's vocational education is an important measure for the country to promote industrial economy.With the popularization of nine-year compulsory education,elementary vocational education has gradually disappeared,and secondary vocational education has taken up the banner of the initial stage of vocational education in our country,training tens of thousands of skilled personnel at the elementary and intermediate stages for the country.A secondary vocational school can cultivate qualified or even excellent skilled talents that can meet the needs of enterprises or industries,and it is bound to lack an excellent teaching team.It is particularly important to build a " double competency " teacher team with rich professional knowledge and solid technical skills.This research object selects professional teachers from four secondary vocational schools in Zhejiang Province.It adopts the literature research,questionnaire and interviews to study the development of professional teachers' professional concepts and teacher morality,professional knowledge and professional ability.Through investigation and analysis,it is found that there are some problems in the professional development of " double competency " teachers in secondary vocational schools,including the ambiguity of the meaning of " double competency " teachers by professional teachers,the imbalance of professional development of teachers themselves,weak development awareness,and enterprises or industries.In addition,lacking of practical experience,there are also training and systems in which the national government has inadequate policies and systems for " double competency " teachers,enterprises in "school-enterprise cooperation" have insufficient support for " double competency " teacher education,and the shortage of professional development and system restricts the professional development of secondary teachers.Aiming at the above problems,the improvement measures for the professional development of " double competency " teachers are put forward.From the government level,it should actively play its own role,clarify the connotation of " double competency " teachers,formulate relevant certification work systems and processes,and improve the pre-and post-service training models for secondary vocational teachers.The " win-win mechanism " between enterprises and schools in " enterprise cooperation " allows professional teachers to deepen their professional ability in the enterprise or industry.At the same time,the society should strengthen the atmosphere of vocational education and enhance the professional identity of vocational teachers.Improve the " double competency " teacher evaluation,incentive and guarantee system.At the same time,diversified and targeted training was carried out to improve the support of school training for professional development of teachers.From the teacher's own level,they should strengthen teachers' awareness of their professional development,rationally formulate professional development plans,and at the same time use their professional skills to actively participate in social services to improve their professional capabilities.
