| korfball(hereinafter referred to as the "Holo Ball" movement is a sports project introduced to mainland China in 2004.It has been a development course for more than ten years and has a basic promotion foundation.In order to better improve the teaching effect of the ball,this paper examines the relevant literature,factor analysis and reliability and validity test methods,and combines the current development of domestic Dutch ball sports from the actual situation,through the illegal selection of the final impact The six influencing factors of the teaching effect of the ball course,through the interview with the Dutch ball teaching experts,developed a questionnaire containing six influencing factors,and distributed the questionnaire to the Qingdao Huanghai College,which opened the ball course.The teachers and students of Zhengzhou University and Qingdao Vocational and Technical College asked them to answer,and finally recovered1318 valid questionnaires.The effective questionnaire for recycling is used to study the main factors affecting the teaching effect of the ball through the factor analysis method and the reliability and validity test method.The characteristics of each impact factor and its influence on the teaching of the ball are analyzed.The teaching proposes targeted suggestions and uses this to improve the teaching of the ball.The conclusions of this study are as follows:The teacher's leading factor is mainly composed of the teacher's tactical level and the ability of the teacher's ability,the teacher's language expression ability,and the teacher's teaching and expression ability.The students of this survey have the basic Dutch ball knowledge and skills,and the teaching ability can meet the needs of different students.The student-led factor is mainly composed of the physical quality of the students,the degree of students' love for the ball,and whether the students are beginners or re-creating.Most of the students in the Dutch course have a strong interest in Dutchsports and are able to actively learn the ball skills.A small number of students are not interested in the Dutch sports.The teaching environment factor is mainly composed of four indicators: the selection of the stadium,the atmosphere of the class,the quality of the equipment,and the selection of teaching methods.The teaching environment of the Dutch ball can meet the needs of the Dutch ball course,but there are still some shortcomings in the standard Dutch stadium,which can not better meet the needs of the students.The teaching curriculum setting factor is mainly composed of three indicators: the amount of class hours,the level of the course objectives,and the difficulty of teaching content.The Dutch ball teachers are scientific and objective in the setting of the Dutch ball course,which enables students to master the ball skills.The learning attitude factor is mainly composed of three indicators: the teacher's teaching attitude,the student's learning attitude,and the mutual help between teachers and students.The teaching attitude of teachers,the learning attitude of students and the mutual help between teachers and students all affect the embodiment of the teaching effect of the ball in different degrees.The atmosphere of the ball is mainly composed of the two indexes of the school's level of the ball and the prizes obtained by the school's ball.The level of the school's Dutch ball competition and the awards won by the school's Dutch ball provide a great reference for students to take the ball course,which greatly promotes the implementation of the ball teaching. |
