| The vigorous development of vocational education contributes to the improvement of the education system and the development of human resources in modern society,and shoulders the important mission of training high-quality laborers for the economic and social development.It plays an important and special role in the strategy of rejuvenating the country by science and education and strengthening the country by talents.Training secondary vocational students to master professional skills,better adapt to the society,and pursue happiness and happiness in life requires schools and families to exert their joint efforts,which cannot be accomplished by schools or families alone.Under the influence of educational viewpoints,educational concepts and educational methods,the form and content of home-school co-education cooperation in China's secondary vocational schools are defective to some extent,which is at a relatively low level,resulting in double pressure on schools,intensified conflicts between schools and families,and greatly reduced educational effects.How to make use of the strength of various aspects to build a "harmonious and symbiotic" community of school and family is an important issue facing education in our new era,and is also the main research content and focus of this paper.This paper first analyzes the literature related to home-school co-education,and determines the research direction and thinking of home-school co-education in secondary vocational schools.Based on relevant theories and actual situations,a questionnaire was prepared and distributed to teachers and parents of Y vocational school in yantai.Based on the analysis of the questionnaire results and the interviews with teachers,parents and students,it is concluded that there are many problems in the school at present,such as the lack of policy guidance and effective evaluation mechanism,insufficient recognition and attention from the school,inadequate level of family education and educational philosophy,and individual students.On this basis,the objective and subjective causes of the problems are analyzed from four aspects:policy,school,family and students.Finally,in order to establish and improve relevant policies and regulations to safeguard,school's dominant and play the leading role of teachers,attaches great importance to the basic role of family education,and actively guide students to participate in the activities of women as the main content of thesolution,targeted to solve the problem of secondary vocational schools have produced,for subsequent accord with the characteristics of secondary vocational schools are home school produced system to provide theoretical reference and practical reference. |
