In recent years,the news media about "teachers' language violence" has been common.With the deepening of China's education reforms,teacher language violence has shown great concealment and harmfulness,and it has increasingly attracted wide attention from all walks of life from different perspectives.Studying the causes,types and prevention measures of teachers' language violence has become an important research topic in current academic circles.The physical and mental development of primary school students is not yet perfect.Compared with other school periods,primary school students have the strongest teacher-oriented nature.In the face of teacher language violence,most primary school students are unable to resist and lack the awareness of resistance.Therefore,primary school is a teacher language The hardest hit by violence.This article summarizes the current research on the language violence of teachers by domestic and foreign scholars.From the perspective of pedagogy,it visited four different types of primary schools and issued different types of questionnaires for students,parents and teachers to understand the current language violence of primary school teachers.The current situation,combined with specific cases to analyze the salient features of language violence in elementary school teachers,so as to explore suggestions for the transformation of teacher violence and positive language shaping,are of great practical significance for enriching the theoretical research of teacher language violence and promoting the physical and mental health of pupils.Through investigation and research,it is found that teachers' language violence is widespread in primary schools;Most pupils are in a passive position in the face of teachers' language violence,unable to take appropriate measures to protect their legitimate rights and interests,and even believe that language violence is teachers' right;The targets of teachers' verbal violence are mostly pupils with poor grades and poor performance in all aspects;The characteristics of the abuser of language violence are mainly subject teachers,but they are usually short-tempered teachers in character.Most parents and teachers oppose language violence against teachers,with parents more concerned than teachers.Through observation and research,it is found that teachers' language violence has strong concealment,great harmfulness,various forms of violence,mostly manifested as teacher hegemony,and its influence on students has certain delay.According to the research,the language violence of primary school teachers is closely related to historical tradition,human instinct,education field and teacher role positioning,which is the result of multiple factors.Teacher language violence violates the core concept of contemporary pedagogy and does not meet the humanistic requirements of education.The research suggests that primary school teachers' language violence originates fromimproper use of language by teachers,lack of art of teaching language and wisdom of criticism and education,and should actively deal with the problem of primary school teachers' language violence from the teacher's language itself.On the one hand,in the transformation of primary school teachers' violent language,first of all,teachers' ideological awareness and crisis awareness should be improved from moral education and legal constraints.Secondly,the combination of individual education and collective education should be used to enhance teachers' personal accomplishment and ensure the advancement of teachers.Finally,starting with teaching reflection and educational tact,teachers are helped to skillfully resolve teaching emergencies and move towards professional growth in reflection and summary.On the other hand,in shaping teachers' positive language,first of all,primary school teachers should use appreciative language to deal with the problem of pupils' thinking jump.Secondly,primary school teachers should use more encouraging language to deal with pupils' poor performance.Furthermore,primary school teachers should use caring language to deal with the rebellious psychology of primary school students.Finally,facing the problem of pupils' misbehavior,teachers should teach patiently with inspiring language.Only in this way can language violence be effectively suppressed. |
