Yunnan Province,located in the southwest of China,is a typical frontier and ethnic province.As the province with the largest ethnic groups in China,56 ethnic groups are distributed in Yunnan Province.In addition to the Han,there are25 ethnic minorities living for generations,15 unique ethnic groups,16 cross-border ethnic groups,and 8 ethnic groups with a small population.The ethnic minorities are crisscross,mixed and small.Among the 25 ethnic groups in Yunnan Province,except Hui,man and Shui,the other 22 ethnic groups use 26 languages and 14 ethnic groups use 22 languages for communication.At present,the bilingual education in Yunnan Province is mainly carried out in the pre-school and primary school stages,and 18 languages are used for teaching for 14 minority children and students.The management of bilingual education in Yunnan Province is facing a special situation and complex situation,it is difficult to form a unified management model,and there are still some problems in the actual process.In this paper,guided by problems,following the logic chain of "current situation—problems—causes—countermeasures",using literature research,empirical analysis and comparative analysis,the author studies the current situation of the management of the bilingual education in Yunnan Province,analyzes the existing problems and causes of the management of the bilingual education in Yunnan Province,and puts forward suggestions and suggestions for improving the management of the bilingual education in Yunnan Province Discussion.In order to promote the efficient development of bilingual education in Yunnan Province,we must first analyze the policy trend accurately,improve the political position,eliminate the noise in the implementation of the policy,and reduce the resistance of the implementation of the policy.We should carry out extensive research to find out the situation of bilingual education in the whole province and make sure that we have a clear idea.We will strengthen management functions and improve policy implementation.At the same time,summarize experience and carry out performance evaluation.Only in this way can we achieve the goal of bilingual education policy and give full play to its benefits.
