Research And Design Of Intelligent Analysis System For Classroom Teaching Mode

In the analysis of classroom teaching in elementary and middle schools,S-T teaching analysis is often used to evaluate the quality of classroom teaching.However,the method of manually collecting data is time-consuming and not objective,and a more convenient and fast software system is urgently needed to solve the pain points.Through artificial intelligence-related technologies,especially in-depth learning methods,design an intelligent analysis system for classroom teaching mode,which can quickly and accurately determine classroom teaching mode and help teaching and research evaluation.The system consists of three parts.Including video key frame rapid extraction system,classroom feature factor extraction system,Bayesian causal network determination system.First,the FFmpeg streaming media decoder is used to frame the classroom teaching video to obtain a large number of classroom teaching pictures.Then use the relevant algorithms of the deep learning framework to detect the image,complete the face detection,face age estimation,blackboard outline detection,pedestrian detection and other operations.Through the experimental adjustment of MTCNN,MPCAnet and other algorithms,the detection effect is continuously optimized.Then statistical analysis of the detection data of each frame,through the establishment of the Bayesian causal network model to construct the mapping of the bottom semantics of the frame image to the high-level semantics,and finally realize the S-T analysis method to generate an analysis report of the classroom teaching video to determine the classroom of the video Teaching model.Through the training and inspection of a large amount of classroom teaching video data,it is proved that the accuracy of the teaching mode of the system is more than 84%.In a teaching class of about 45 minutes,it takes 2 hours to obtain the results through manual observation and analysis.The system completes the task in about 10 minutes and visualizes the results of the classroom analysis.Therefore,the intelligent analysis system of classroom teaching mode has very good application prospects.
