| Idle teenagers are the weak group of teenagers.Due to the self-isolation of "not studying" and "not working" for a long time,his self-cognition ability cannot be improved in the important stage of his personality development.Idle teenagers with weak self-cognition are prone to irrational self-cognition,weak self-identity and lack of self-monitoring ability after a series of setbacks,which leads them to be far away from the normal growth path in the state of confusion of self-identity.Through combing the domestic and foreign literature on the idle youth group and their self-cognition,it can be found that there are few studies on the idle youth group at present,and no scholars have studied the service of improving the self-cognition ability of the group,so there is a broad space for exploration and research.Therefore,taking the youth space project of C street show myself youth space project as an example,this paper chooses the idle youth of C street as the research object,and studies the service of improving the self-cognition ability of idle youth from the three directions of self-identity,self-identity and self-monitoring.This study focuses on the practical intervention of show myself youth space project on the improvement of idle teenagers' self-cognition ability.Me in "mirror" theory and the theory of "personality development stage,based on the theory of interest oriented,with self-identity,identity and self-monitoring ability as the core theme of form a complete set of relevant social work practice activities,community activities,group work as the main working technique,provide support for the idle youth in cognitive ability to promote themselves.Through the analysis of the process and effect of practical intervention,this paper summarizes the practical experience and skills in practice,and explores the way to improve the service of idle teenagers' self-cognition ability in the future.According to my research,it found that relying on abundant practice activities,structures,adolescence is activities and interactive communication platform,to offer their self idle in a closed state have no chance of interpersonal interaction and practice experience,experience in accumulating interpersonal and practice experience,on the basis of clarifying irrational self-cognition,enhance the identity and self-monitoring ability promotion.In addition,in the practical work process should pay attention to establish a good relationship with the idle youth.On the basis of a good relationship,the author has a deep understanding and analysis of the commonness of self-cognition of idle teenagers,and improves the service based on the needs of idle teenagers,so as to enhance the cognition of idle teenagers by social workers.In the future,it will better explore the service of improving the self-cognition ability of idleteenagers,and provide certain reference for the follow-up research in related fields. |
