In 2018,the Ministry of Education officially issued the curriculum standards with the development of students' core literacy as the reform goal,indicating that the development of students' core literacy in the stage of basic education is an inevitable trend in the reform of educational theory research and practice in China.Among them,academic evaluation is a major starting point for the implementation and development of core literacy.In view of this,this study,based on the concept of core literacy education,re-examines the current academic evaluation system of ordinary high schools,reveals its possible drawbacks,and attempts to build an appropriate academic evaluation system,so as to provide effective Suggestions for the specific practice of school core literacy education.The main content of the study consists of four parts.First of all,to be accepted and recognized by the majority of educational practitioners and the public,the theoretical basis of core literacy education must be clearly stated.Therefore,the first part of this study focuses on this and answers this question,believing that the theoretical basis of core literacy education is the theory of all-round development of people.Based on the historical meaning of the theory of "all-round development of human beings",it clarifies that core literacy education inherits and develops all-round development education,carries on and refines quality education,and reveals that core literacy has been integrated into curriculum standards,academic quality and examination evaluation.In the second part,the author reviews the representative academic evaluation status of high school students.First,the study of academic proficiency tests.Through sorting out the history of the academic level examination,it is found that the academic level examination has the color of norm,and has comprehensive and flexible advantages in the evaluation content and time.However,there are also many problems in practice,which are mainly manifested in the dissimilation of the function of academic proficiency test and the mere formality of academic proficiency test.Therefore,academic evaluation based on academic proficiency test results is neither credible nor difficult to develop students' core literacy.Second,studied the unified college entrance examination,found that the current college entrance examination paper in the job category,reform direction pointed to the discipline core literacy,and on the basis of the national volume II text analysis and investigation interview result of first-line teachers,to judge the value of the college entrance examination paper for "the implementation of some key ability examination,at the same time also ignored the essential character of evaluation".Therefore,academic evaluation based on college entrance examination results is one-sided and cannot promote the complete development of students' core literacy.Third,the general college enrollment system is studied.From the perspective of ordinary colleges and universities,the author examines the performance of academic evaluation results applied to enrollment.Ordinary colleges and universities mainly take unified college entrance examination test results as the standard of academic level evaluation,and their value orientation and practical operation show that score fairness is supreme.However,the study found that ordinary colleges and universities only recruit students,will lack some of the cultivation of core qualities,to a certain extent to strengthen the one-sided development of students,the academic evaluation of ordinary high school wrong direction.In the third part,the author carries on the attribution to the current general high school academic evaluation problem.There are two reasons for the formalization and alienation of the evaluation function of the scholastic proficiency test.It is believed that the selection of college entrance examination function and the limitation of paper-and-pencil test are the main reasons that unified college entrance examination emphasizes subject cognition and weakens core literacy.There are three reasons for the lack of character,namely,the difficulty of comprehensive quality evaluation,the excessive pursuit of score fairness,and the lack of admission power.The fourth part puts forward four Suggestions to guide academic evaluation with core literacy.First,the reform should be carried out by ensuring the bottom line,establishing standards and empowering universities.Secondly,academic evaluation should be scientifically designed by means of curriculum standards,improvement of test question quality and construction of test question bank.Third,set up the academic evaluation view and examination view to develop students' core quality,and thenchange the educational concept;Fourthly,we should promote family social interaction by building platforms and creating atmosphere in the society.
