| In recent years,the overall situation of the physical health of young people in our country is not optimistic.Taking advantage of the comprehensive reform of the new college entrance examination,based on the combination of morality,intelligence,physical education,labor,and five education,it is the time requirement for comprehensively implementing the spirit of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the national education conference,promoting quality education,and realizing the all-round development of students to include physical education subjects in the college entrance examination and explore the construction of the evaluation index system of physical education subjects in the college entrance examination.It helps to play the function and value of physical education to a greater extent and reverse the declining trend of teenagers' physical health in China.It is an important measure to fundamentally solve the educational reality of "emphasizing education,neglecting morality and neglecting physical education".The premise and basis for the effective evaluation of the comprehensive ability of college entrance examination students in China is the objective and quantitative evaluation of the evaluation index system.This paper expounds the necessity and concerns of sports subjects into the college entrance examination,combs the basic ideas of the construction of the evaluation index system,and draws the following conclusions through the methods of literature,mathematical statistics,Delphi and AHP(1)After analyzing the necessity and concerns of sports subjects in college entrance examination,this study takes the reform and development trend of college entrance examination as the main principle,practicality and comparability as the basic requirements,and promoting the overall development of students as the main goal,and then preliminarily constructs the evaluation index system.The final evaluation index system of college entrance examination physical education is three first level indexes,six second level indexes and 16 third level indexes.The index system is simple in number,wide in coverage,clear in level and clear in direction.(2)According to the index system and its weight,the first level index weight is zero point six zero eight.the weight of secondary index is zero point two seven four The weights of the three-level indicators are zero point one one eight 。 The whole index evaluation system is mainly composed of 12 quantitative indexes,supplemented by 4 qualitative indexes,which meet the requirements of combination of qualitative and quantitative indexes.The whole construction focuses on the combination of the process evaluation and the end evaluation,which includes both objective and subjective indicators,covering all aspects of high school students' sports activities,and can reflect the results of high school students' three-year sports activities in a relatively objective way.The overall guidance of the index system is helpful to guide the high school students to participate in physical exercise,establish a sense of lifelong physical education,and then promote the overall development of students' morality,intelligence,physical education,beauty and labor.(3)This paper discusses the implementation plan of college entrance examination physical education examination from the aspects of guiding ideology,examination content,scoring standard,examination organization and implementation,and special examinees' handling and arrangement.The relevant discussion is conducive to the education department to issue a scientific,reasonable and operational implementation plan,promote the improvement of Education quality and promote the reform of comprehensive evaluation system of college entrance examination At the same time,it can provide some reference for the specific implementation of college entrance examination physical education. |
