Family education is an indispensable part of education.In today's society,the people's living standards have improved steadily,and parents have paid more and more attention to children's family education issues."Family education" has become an unavoidable hot topic in today's society.Since the country upgraded "national fitness" to a national strategy,the national fitness industry has flourished,and the concept of physical exercise for everyone is deeply rooted in the hearts of the people.As an important part of family education,sports needs to be highly valued by parents and parents.Entering the middle school stage,the acoustics of objective factors such as increased schoolwork,pressure for further studies,security considerations for transition,and impact of the Internet era are infinitely suppressing the subjective initiative of students to participate in physical exercise.This has caused great obstacles for students to establish a correct view of sports and cultivate good sports behaviors,which is related to the individual's future sports life and healthy development of mind and body.Therefore,based on the physical exercise behavior of primary and middle school students,this paper investigates the current status of physical education concepts of primary and secondary school students and their parents,and analyzes and discusses the participation of parents in sports concepts and physical exercise of primary and secondary school students,in order to create a positive family sports atmosphere.And the environment provides targeted advice and strategies to stimulate the interest of primary and secondary school students,and improve the concept of parental family sports to provide practical help to promote family sports.The research is based on Haiwang School,Lingzhi Primary School,Shenzhen Experimental School(Longhua Campus),Wuxi Shibei Senior High School,Huarui Experimental Primary School,Qingdao Laoshan District No.2 Middle School,Fifth Middle School,Hangzhou Foundation.A total of 400 primary and middle schoolstudents and parents from 8 schools including the Affiliated School of Education Research Office and Shanghai Middle School are the subjects of the survey.Based on the participation of primary and secondary school students in physical exercise activities,parental sports concepts and their family sports environment,the design of "family parental sports concept" The questionnaire measures the concept of family parents' sports.The PARS-3 scale is used to measure the sports behaviors of primary and middle school students.The statistical methods such as descriptive statistics,correlation analysis,one-way analysis of variance and stepwise linear regression are used to study and analyze the concept of family parents' sports.The influence of primary school students' physical exercise behavior is drawn as follows:conclusion:(1)The relevant data indicates that all five dimensions are positively correlated with the level of physical exercise behavior of the child.(2)As an objective condition factor,family economic status can significantly affect the physical exercise behavior of primary and middle school students.(3)The data show that there is no significant difference between the parental sports concept and the physical exercise behavior of the primary and secondary school students;the parents and the children participate in physical exercise have significant differences in the amount of physical exercise activities of the children;the parents' sports concept and the physical exercise behavior of the primary and middle school students There was a significant difference in the grade of students and as the grades increased,the parental sports concept and the level of children's physical activity showed a decreasing trend.(4)There is no significant difference in the concept of parental sports and the amount of physical activity involved in primary and middle school students of different genders.The educational level of parents has significant differences and significant positive correlations between physical exercise behaviors and parentalsports concepts among primary and secondary school students.(5)The professional status of parents is significantly different from their sports concepts and their physical exercise behaviors.The professional status of fathers is significantly correlated with their own sports concepts and the level of their children's physical exercise activities.(6)Parental sports awareness and sports aesthetics and maternal education are three significant variables that can predict the physical exercise behavior of primary and secondary school students.The multivariate correlation coefficient is 0.503,and the coefficient R is 0.253.From the perspective of the interpretation of the items in a single dimension,The mother's educational level is the highest,at 23.8%,followed by sports aesthetics,followed by sports awareness,with an interpretation of 19.2%.The standardized regression equation is: sports behavior =.263 consciousness +.198 aesthetic +.188 mother education level.
