With the overall implementation of the National Rural Revitalization Strategy,the promulgation of the opinions on deepening the education and teaching reform and improving the quality of compulsory education in an all-round way,and the continuous promotion of the basic art education curriculum reform,the improvement of the quality of art teaching in rural compulsory education has also entered the public's attention.Especially under the advocacy of the new core quality concept of the art discipline,it puts forward new and higher requirements for the art teaching and quality of the rural junior high school.The author once went to Changsha County Rural Middle School for educational practice with the art education practice team for many times,and then through questionnaire survey and field investigation,by means of "squatting" communication,he participated in the art classroom teaching,and cooperated with the art teachers of the research school to carry out effective teaching practice in the art classroom.In the teaching practice,the author benefits a lot and feels deeply,which is the main research direction.I hope that this paper can do a little for the effective development of art classroom teaching in rural junior high schools in the new era,or provide some effective and valuable teaching examples.The general structure of this paper is as follows:Introduction: This paper describes the significance and role of this study,briefly describes the domestic and foreign research status,summarizes the research ideas,methods and innovation.Chapter one: this chapter clarifies the concept of effective teaching and its evolution process,and points out that the core of discipline quality and effective teaching are new requirements and new ideas for educating people in the new era.The second chapter: this chapter investigates three junior high schools in Changsha County,collects the basic situation of effective classroom teaching,summarizes and abstracts some inefficient problems existing in rural junior high school art classroom.Chapter three: Based on the low efficiency of teaching reflected in the research,this chapter focuses on three aspects: effective teaching preparation,effective teaching implementation,and effective use of resources inside and outside the class,combined with some specific experimental lesson or teaching reform to explore,combining theory with practice,design targeted teaching cases and test feedback.Chapter four: on the basis of the effective teaching strategy experiment lesson,this chapter summarizes how to further deepen and promote the implementation of effective teaching strategy in rural junior high school art classroom,and puts forward thinking and suggestions on related issues.
