With the rapid development of modern social civilization,society's requirements for talents have gradually tended to diversify.Traditionally,the single definition of gender roles has been difficult to adapt to the complex and changing modern social environment.The middle school stage is a critical period for the cultivation of students' individual gender awareness.Based on the respect for individual differences and the educational concept of promoting the comprehensive development of students,this study starts from the campus women's football and discusses the achievement orientation,gender roles and self-acceptance of middle school students.The relationship between.Based on this,this paper mainly adopts the literature data method,questionnaire survey method and mathematical statistics method to conduct an in-depth discussion on the relationship and action mechanism among the three variables.In this study,the self-edited "Athletics Performance Orientation Questionnaire",as well as the "BEM Gender Role Scale" and "Self-Acceptance Questionnaire" compiled by predecessors,were used to analyze the 275 students of the campus women's football team in seven middle schools in Changsha City.Middle school students conducted tests,and the test results showed that the dimension of performance orientation and the dimension of gender role constitute self-acceptance of external,internal support and channels.Through the research on performance orientation,gender roles and self-acceptance,it can not only provide theoretical and empirical data for future research on gender roles and personalitydevelopment of middle school students and mental health education,but also enrich the relationship between gender role types and self-acceptance of middle school students.The research theory can better enable educators to implement teaching according to their aptitude and promote the healthy development of students' body and mind.The research results are as follows:First,the questionnaire of "Athletics Performance Orientation" compiled by this institute has been tested and proved to have good reliability and validity,and can be used as a measurement tool for the performance orientation of the women's football team on campus.Second,the campus women's football team has a good performance orientation,and has formed a performance orientation that focuses on self-improvement,with all-out effort and competitive experience.Third,the campus women's football team has bisexual gender roles that adapt to the diversified development of society,but affected by grades and years of sports,gender roles show significant differences.Fourth,the performance orientation,gender role,and self-acceptance of the campus female football team are significantly correlated and predictive,that is,performance orientation,gender role,and self-acceptance interact and interact.Fifth,the campus women's football team has a positive self-acceptance,and has formed a positive and healthy self-acceptance state that balances the external performanceorientation dimension and the internal gender role dimension,so as to better adapt to the complex and changing social environment.
