| The combination of care and education is an indispensable concept in kindergarten education,and the importance of care work has been paid more and more attention.As the main bearer of care work,mental health and the degree of work competence are the important factors that affect the quality of care work.This study selected 252 nurses in all kinds of kindergartens in Harbin as the research object,using literature method,questionnaire method,interview method,and other methods,using anxiety self-assessment scale and kindergarten nurse competency level questionnaire to investigate the recent anxiety status and competency situation of nurses,as well as the relationship between anxiety and competence,to analyze the current factors affecting kindergarten nurse anxiety and competence,and put forward the optimization countermeasures for many problems.Through further analysis and processing of the data obtained and combined with the feedback from interviews,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)The anxiety level of kindergarten nurses is low.The anxiety level of urban kindergartens is significantly higher than that of township kindergartens.The level of anxiety among caregivers under the age of 25 is higher than that of other age groups.The anxiety level of nurseries with a monthly salary of 1000 yuan and below is significantly higher than that of nurseries with a monthly salary of more than 1000 yuan.The anxiety level of nursing staff in private kindergartens was significantly higher than that in education departments,troops,organs,institutions,and other departments.(2)Kindergarten nurseries are generally competent.The competence of township kindergarten nurse is significantly higher than that of city kindergarten nurse.The competence of nursing staff with high school or technical secondary school,college degree or above is significantly higher than that of a junior high school nurse.More than 10 years of work nurse competency of each dimension score is high.The psychological characteristics of nurseries with a monthly salary of 2001-3000 yuan are significantly higher than those with a monthly salary of 1501-2000 yuan.The competence of nursing staff in the education department and army,government,institution,and other departments is significantly higher than that in the dimension of teaching work skill,psychological characteristics,and professional attitude Staff.(3)There was a significant negative correlation between the self-evaluation value of anxiety and the overall competence and each dimension.Based on the analysis of the results of the questionnaire,the following educational suggestions are put forward: improving the recruitment requirements,raising the entry threshold of nursing staff;perfecting the training and examination system,improving the working ability of nursing staff;improving the salary and treatment of nursing staff,providing social security;paying attention to the propaganda of nursing staff work,and enhancing the social recognition of the nursing profession. |
