With the rapid development of science and technology,on the one hand,the extreme demand for high-level talents,Strengthen the soft power of national culture needs young people,who need for life-long learning and self-cultivation.On the other hand,the competition among talents is becoming increasingly.The individual core competencies,is particularly important,which contained in the self-creativity and aesthetic sense.Primary Education has the characteristics of "enlightenment,universality and comprehensiveness".Through multi-dimensional observation and thinking,the use of various tools and materials to promote students collection of hearts,brains,hands.To give freedom in the creation of the development of personality and creativity.The high-level thinking activity of using art language to solve art problems is called Art Creative Thinking Ability.The Ability improve whose expression of ideas and emotions,creativity,as well as all-round development,which create unique sense of beauty and self-creativity.The paper is divided into three parts,including the reasons,present situation and how to cultivate the creative thinking ability of fine arts.The first three chapters explained the necessity and importance of studying the cultivation of creative thinking ability in art teaching.The Fourth Chapter takes the middle and high section of Primary School in Guanzhong area of Shaanxi Province as an example,through observation,questionnaire and action research,founded the shortcomings of the cultivation of creative thinking ability of fine arts.The fifth chapter focuses on the deficiencies of the creative thinking ability of fine arts measures.In the search of the current situation,First of all,through observation and internship in the primary school affiliated to Xi'an University of Technology,and during the study of the art tutor carrying out assessment seminar,to research the teaching present situation.Secondly,carried out a questionnaire survey on creative art teaching,learning and the application of regional art teaching resources in middle and high schools in Guanzhong area of Shaanxi Province,namely,Xi'an,Xianyang,Baoji,Weinan and Tongchuan.Finally,through the current Shaanxi Guanzhong Area People's Fine Arts Publishing House(hereinafter referred to as: Person Art Version)3 to 6 grades of Fine Arts Teaching Materials(a total of 8 volumes)for relevant statistics and analysis.Thus,the curriculum and teaching content:(1)regional teaching resources in the art course to be supplemented and improved.(2)The planning of the art course in the middle and high sections of the primary schools in Guanzhong area of Shaanxi Province needs to be adjusted.(3)In fact,The fine art textbook faced to all over the country,but teaching contents and teaching measures up to fine art teachers,which adapt to local conditions.The application of teaching measures requires teachers to strengthen their subjective initiative.Teachers' measures and students' learning State:(1)after the reform of teaching guidance is creative art teaching,but the current grassroots teaching is still dominated by traditional art teaching.(2)students like creative art lessons,and there are creative budding in their thoughts and exercises,but the thinking habits and learning methods in practical learning prefer traditional art teaching.For the above,we should supplement the characteristic course contents in Guanzhong area of Shaanxi Province,adjust the course structure of appreciate art in middle and high sections of primary schools,optimizing the strategy and methods of art teaching,and cultivate the students' creative thinking ability of art in art class.First,through field visits,and check government portal sites in various regions to understand and analysis,identify and finishing related local resources.Secondly,according to the principle of developing course resources in Guanzhong area of ShaanxiProvince,the local resources are transformed into local course resources.Then,through the cultivation of creative thinking ability of fine arts measures to improve the teaching ability.And timely guide students to correct learning methods.Finally,through the well-planned local course to the teaching design,in the teaching case to supplement the Shaanxi Guanzhong area local resources,optimization of teaching strategies and methods,cultivation of students creative thinking ability of fine arts.
