The Expermental Projects Select Study Of Y Vocational College

The experimental training project is an important soft and hard support for students' training and construction of vocational colleges.To a large extent,they promote the cultivation of students' applied technology,and also ensure the college's development.With the promotion of budget management reform in colleges and universities,how to realize the optimal management of exi sting funds is the key content of budget management.Project selection is an important part of budget management.Through the investigation of vocational colleges.The author found that most of them had some problems in project selection,such as subjective decision-making,lacking of systematic evaluation system and so on.Therefore,it is very important to establish a scientific and reasonable project evaluation system for project selection.In recent years,the number of teachers and students in Y Vocational College has increased year by year.In order to better meet the needs of teaching and scientific research,a number of new experimental training projects have been built.However,in the project selection process,problems such as the superficiality of project selection,non-standardization of project evaluation process and imperfection of project selection standard system are exposed.This paper took Y Vocational College experimental training project selection as the research object,based on the actual situation of Y College practical training project and the practice of relevant literature,and sorted out the basis of Y College experimental projects evaluation.Through expert scoring and data calculation,this paper finally built an evaluation system containing five layers and 19 basic indicators.At the same time,it used Analytic Hierarchy Process,Entropy Weight Method and Grey Relational Analysis Method for quantitative analysis.Finally,taking the experimental project s of Y Vocational College in 2019 as an example,through the expert scoring and the project selection model to grade the alternative projects and calculate the connection index,21 ideal projects were selected by setting a threshold of 0.57,which were furtherly divided into 14 priority development projects and 7 general development projects,and finally the allocation of funds and budgets was determined.Quantifiable selection and evaluation system play an important role in reducing decision-making bias.It is hoped that the whole selection system of experimental projects discussed in this paper can provide a basis for the sel ection of experimental projects in Y Vocational College,and also provide some reference for other vocational colleges.
