Research On Projectived Management Of College-enterprise Cooperation In DM College

College-enterprise cooperation is the main way of direct integration between education and vocation,which is also an inevitable course and important guarantee for the development of modern vocational college.Otherwise,at present their cooperation mode is almost dominated and led by colleges.Even though they have carried out series of projects,such as order education,production teaching,scientific research,they mostly exist in the name of the project.Working tasks are also mainly on business management and have not formed a consistent and standard process,which is highly hindering the further cooperation between college and enterprise.According to the empirical study on DM College,it is found that the problem of the coope ration lies in the lack of efficient and scientific project organization and operation mode.the purpose of this thesis is to study the “projectived management” of college-enterprise cooperation in vocational college.Focusing on its status quo of college-enterprise cooperation in DM College,the author uses literature research method,empirical research to put forward the idea of “project by management” on college-enterprise cooperation on basis of the research of its cooperation management and organizatio n mode.Meanwhile,the author introduces modern project by management into college-enterprise cooperation project to improve the efficiency of organization,innovates and designs projectived management solution conforming with the present situation of DM College.The paper firstly expounds and analyzes the current situation of DM College and the status quo of school-enterprise cooperation,finds out the problems existing in the current School-enterprise cooperation project of DM College,and analyzes the causes of the problems.Equity incentive mechanism,part of short-sighted behavior,quality of talent training,and distribution mechanism of innovative benefits.Secondly,in the project management plan of the cooperation between colleges and universities,from the aspects of equity incentive mechanism design and organizational structure design,school-enterprise cooperation mode selection and long-term mechanism of cooperation,market-oriented teaching reform,and benefit distribution model of innovation alliance The design optimization cooperation program,finally the evaluation of the implementation effect from four aspects of economic benefit,talent cultivation and social benefit proves that the implementation of the project management plan of the DM colleges and universities cooperation project has achieved certain results.
