School-enterprise cooperation is the process of the development of schools and businesses are in the interests of be continuously explore and form common value orientation,is the path for development of higher tourism vocational education.With the construction of international tourism island growing vigorously,the number of demand for tourism talents to expand rapidly,and the quality improved rapidly in Hainan.Hainan Province Tourism Commission published in 2013 Hainan Tourism Talents Development Research Report,points out that the problem of the lack of Hainan tourism talents become more and more serious,predicts that by 2020,the supply gap of Hainan tourism talents will be more than 200,000 people.In order to promote the quality of tourism talents and skills,the vocational colleges adopt different ways in different degree of school-enterprise cooperation,but also faced many problems,such as superior departments' lack of support of school-enterprise cooperation;school management system is enough;students' rights cannot be guaranteed in the process of school-enterprise cooperation and so on.The aim of this study is how to construct patterns and mechanism of school-enterprise cooperation scientifically,promote the development of Hainan high vocational tourism,and train to meet social demand of tourism professionals.The paper will research the talents cultivated by Hainan vocational colleges and tourism enterprises with literature research method,questionnaire method and survey and interview and other research methods.First,this study based on the review of related literature,defining the concepts of higher vocational education,and tourism vocational education of the mechanism of university-enterprise cooperation.And then this paper based on Co-operative theory,beta Lang Fe system theory and stakeholder theory.Using software SPSS to analyze the deep problems of university-enterprise cooperation for Hainan tourism major in higher vocational colleges,to find the problems and differences in cooperation from the students,teachers in colleges and universities,three kinds of the Angle of the participants.Based on the data analysis results,through the successful practice and experience analysis of the cooperation between schools and foreign countries in foreign countries,using stakeholder theory,this paper puts forward the path of cooperation of school and enterprise in Hainan higher vocational education as follows.Fitting common interests in order to stimulate cooperation and gather common interests;establishing special cooperation institutions and introduce third parties;building platform,establishing interdependence Relations,coordination of the interests of both sides;improving the school-enterprise cooperation organization system,standardizing the behavior of both parties.In order to achieve the above goals,the practical and effective measures that can be adopted are made as follows.Encourages enterprises to cooperate deeply with the tourism vocational colleges;establishes the school-enterprise cooperation guarantee mechanism;forms the vocational education group to expand the scope of cooperation between schools and enterprises;involves parents to participate in it,so they can play the social monitoring role in it,etc.
