| In the context of the new era,President Xi proposed to plan the development of China's sports in the "two hundred years",which demonstrates that the development of sports has risen to the height of the national strategy.In response to the call of the state,all sectors of society have assumed different social responsibilities in different fields.Among them,physical education teachers in colleges and universities shoulder the task of cultivating high-quality physical education talents for the national sports cause and assume the responsibility of teaching,educating and disseminating knowledge.Their Job Performance will also directly affect the teaching quality of colleges and universities.At the same time,with the development of The Times,in recent years,the academic community has paid more and more attention to the mutual promotion between work and family.Relevant studies have shown that Work Family Facilitation is conducive to improving Job Performance.Therefore,under the "people-oriented" development philosophy,colleges and universities should not only focus on teachers' Job Satisfaction,but also pay attention to teachers' Work Family Facilitation,so as to establish a more scientific and effective performance management system for teachers.Therefore,this study took college physical education teachers as the research object,and used the method of literature,questionnaire and mathematical statistics analysis to explore the relationship between Work Family Facilitation,Job Satisfaction and Job Performance.The main conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)In terms of demography,there is no significant difference between gender and education level in the Work Family Facilitation,Job Satisfaction and Job Performance;Age,marital status,teaching age and professional title had significant differences on the individual dimensions of the three variables.(2)There is a significant correlation between Work Family Facilitation and Job Satisfaction;Work Family Facilitation has a positive predictive effect on Job Satisfaction.(3)There is a significant correlation between Work Family Facilitation and Job Performance;Work Family Facilitation has a positive predictive effect on Job Performance.(4)There is a significant correlation between Job Satisfaction and Job Performance;Job Satisfaction has a positive predictive effect on Job Performance.(5)Job Satisfaction plays an intermediary role between Work Family Facilitation and Job Performance.This study provides reference for colleges and universities in performance management,enriches the performance management theory of university physical education teachers and broadens the research field of Job Performance. |
