In recent years,the country such a high frequency of the release of documents on aesthetic education,and by the national leaders to discuss aesthetic education,it can be said that the country's attention to aesthetic education: unprecedented.Music education has also received great attention.Music education is one of the most active and effective ways to infiltrate aesthetic education into school education.Music is an auditory art,but music practice is also a common teaching method for teachers in music teaching.In the music curriculum standard of compulsory education(2011edition),it is also proposed separately: "emphasizing music practice and encouraging music creation." In the process of music practice,students can not only listen to music,obtain great spiritual satisfaction,but also experience a variety of different musical life,feel the mood and content behind each work.Music practice will give students more intuitive experience and more specific feelings,which can't be realized by hearing alone.According to the unique nature of music practice,this paper chooses the method of action research,and integrates music practice into music class,so that students can understand and express songs through their own experience and feelings,and develop their creative and expressive abilities.The music practice in this paper is "creative dance".It is hoped that students can free their body functions and make full use of their body language to dance through their creation,so as to understand the content of the music more truly and deeply.In the process of music learning,students can gain musical aesthetic experience through a variety of forms,enrich the diversity of students' learning process,and improve their musical quality.This paper carries out the action research by integrating the music practice activity of "creative dancing" into the classroom teaching.The action is divided into three rounds.The learning content is progressive from the shallow to the deep.In the whole process of the study,music practice activities throughout.The students completed the process of performing the song from the beginning,when they could only add a simple rhythm to the music,to the end,when they could create and compose the whole music by themselves,so as to effectively promote the study of music in class.Let students in the whole learning process,the active acquisition ofknowledge,rather than the passive infusion of knowledge,develop good learning habits,improve the learning enthusiasm.
