General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out in the report of the Nineteenth National Congress that the initial heart and mission of the Chinese Communists is to seek well-being for the Chinese people and rejuvenation for the Chinese nation.Well-being is the eternal yearning and pursuit of human beings,and living a happy educational life is also the goal of life pursued by every teacher.As we all know,rural education is still a weak link in the compulsory education stage at present,the main reasons are that the teachers are not strong enough,the overall quality of parents and students is not high,coupled with the concept of education and teaching that is out of line with the times,as well as the challenges brought by the new curriculum reform,and the pressure to go to school in the middle school,rural teachers,as the backbone of the basic education stage,are under multiple pressures every day.The quality of life and the well-being of the school are worrying.In this thesis,284 rural junior middle school teachers in a city of Shandong Province were investigated by questionnaire.The survey results showed that there were significant differences in the well-being of rural junior middle school teachers in the variables of gender,family location,position,excellent situation,professional title and hobbies.Then the author uses the interview method to interview different rural junior middle school teachers,such as gender,family location,professional title,job title,etc.According to the questionnaire and interview results,the reasons for the low well-being of teachers' schools are summarized and analyzed.This paper expounds how to improve the well-being of rural junior middle school teachers in this city from the following three levels.First,from the level of government departments and administrative departments of education: first of all,it is suggested that government departments should ensure the treatment and professional prestige of teachers according to law and effectively reduce the burden of non-teaching teachers,so that teachers can teach at ease;it is suggested that the administrative departments of education should improve teacher training mechanisms and open up space for teachers to learn and communicate;appropriately increase the proportion of outstanding teachers in rural areas and teachers with middle and high professional titles;scientifically adjust the proportion of teachers between men and women;and set up a stage for teachers to show themselves.Second,from the school level: school administrators should lead teachers and students to build the campus text To care about the life and suffering of teachers and standardize the evaluation system of teachers' evaluation and evaluation of professional titles;to help teachers do a good job of career development planning;to improve teachers' ability of psychological adjustment by carrying out psychological activities classes and psychological lectures.Third,from the teacher level: first of all,teachers should stick to the initial mind and mission of education and learn to manage themselves;at the same time,they should be good at tapping their potential;teachers should strengthen the belief and determination of lifelong learning;learn to properly handle the relationship between work and family.Teachers only have a sense of well-being,adhere to the concept of well-being,can happy work forever.
