Attention to the cultivation of core mathematics literacy is a major trend in China's basic mathematics education research and mathematics curriculum reform,The core literacy of senior high school mathematics is a teaching goal constructed by senior high school mathematics education for the cultivation of new talents in the new era,which has a profound impact on student development.Therefore,it is of great significance to explore teaching practices that can develop students' core literacy in mathematics."Core literacy" is cultivated in the context of problem solving through the practice of problem solving,based on this cognition,this provides a new way for teachers to implement the core literacy of mathematics in the classroom,that is,problem situation is an important carrier for developing students' core literacy in mathematics.The problem originates from the situation,the problem situation is widely used in classroom teaching because of its unique role value and educational function,the concept of core literacy is closely related to the situation,research on problem situation creation for developing students' core literacy in mathematics is not only an attempt to implement core literacy in the classroom,but also the inheritance and innovation of exploring the functional value of problem situation.This research mainly adopts research methods such as literature research method,questionnaire survey method and case analysis method.Collected domestic and foreign literature related to the core literacy of mathematics and problem situation through books,electronic journals,master's and doctoral thesis,and conducted careful research and analysis on its conceptual and theoretical issues.In order to understand the impact of the current situation of the creation of problem situation on students' development of core literacy in mathematics,this study selected some high school mathematics teachers and students in Nanchong as survey object to investigate the status of problem situation based on core literacy,analyze the degree of teachers' teaching consciousness based on core literacy;teachers' understanding of the relationship between mathematical core literacy and problem situations;status of teacher problem situation creation;students' feelings about the value of mathematics and their evaluation and expectations of problem situations created by teachers,draw out the teachers' current views and current teaching problems in developing students' core mathematical literacy.Then combined with the core theories of mathematical literacy and problem contexts,it elaborates on its in-depth relationship and the characteristics of problem contexts that develop core literacy in mathematics,and from the clarification of teaching goals,the creation of appropriate problem situation,and the improvement of teachers' own literacy,on the aspect,the problem situation creation strategy is proposed to develop the core literacy of students' mathematics.On this basis,by analyzing specific problem situation teaching cases,the role value and existing problems of the problem situation created by teachers on the core literacy of students' mathematics are pointed out,and specific suggestions are given for improving the problem situation.
