| For a long time,the body has been under the influence of "mind-body dualism",hiding behind the curtain in a shaded position.With the rise of body philosophy,body gradually appeared in people's field of vision.Driven by Nietzsche,Foucault,Deleuze,Merleau-Ponty and embodied cognition theory,body became the knot field of the meaning of human existence.I am my body.Education is a place where people are shaped.As a new field of self-existence,the body cannot be ignored in the field of education.However,in the current research,when referring to the body,students 'bodies are mostly used as research objects,and teachers' body research has rarely received much attention.As a person in the field of education,a teacher's body is also shaped and trained.Especially for novice teachers,the body is the most direct experience of participating in school life after entering the job.It is also the object and means of discipline in the school system.It is also a reference for the growth of student status to teacher status.Therefore,the performance and state of the body can reflect the current situation of novice teachers and the problems existing in the growth of teachers.Based on the perspectives of physical pedagogy and physical sociology,this study selects the group of novice female teachers in primary schools to focus on the current situation of novice teachers.In the research,the theoretical context of body turning was first combed.On this basis,qualitative research methods such as observation method and interview method were used to observe and deepen the body shape of novice female teachers in elementary school daily life.Interviews examining the physical encounters,adaptation processes,and growth experiences of novice female teachers;and using physical body,symbolic body,time and spatial body to discuss,comprehensively examine the daily physical performance of novice female teachers in elementary schools,and in daily school situations.Adapt to the status quo,and strive to present a real novice female teacher's physical atlas.The body of novice female teachers in elementary school faces many challenges in daily school life.At the physiological and physical level,it is faced with the dilemma between the physical health intention and the health care action.In the aspect of symbolic body,the conflict between traditional "ordained" body view and contemporary body culture is the identity constraint that contemporary female novice teachers need to face.At the space-time body level,the body faces the dilemma between autonomous action and administrative affairs.Based on the physical status and physical dilemma of novice female teachers in elementary schools,this article explores a feasible way for the physical adaptation and growth of novice female teachers in elementary schools from the perspective of novice teachers and school-based perspectives.At the teacher's own growth level,It is necessary to improve thephysical health care ability of novice female teachers,awaken their body subjectivity,and use appropriate body techniques to establish a good sense of body;at the school-based growth level,the transition from pre-service teacher education to support for the post-service school system must be positive Provide novice female teachers in elementary schools with external physical support and care,and explore new paths for their adaptation and growth. |
