Haikou,as a coastal city in China,nine person volleyball has been widely used.In Haikou high school,developing nine player volleyball has a broader mass base,and it is also more conducive to the overall development of students' body and mind.At present,there is a lack of relevant research on the development of nine person volleyball in Haikou senior high school in China.Therefore,this paper takes the current situation of nine person volleyball in Haikou senior high school in Hainan Province as the research object,adopts the methods of literature,expert interview,document investigation,logical analysis,etc.,and takes the students and teachers of 21 senior high schools in Haikou as the research object to conduct a questionnaire survey to understand the current situation of Haikou This paper analyzes the current situation of the development of nine person volleyball in Haikou senior high school,analyzes the problems restricting the development of the nine person volleyball in Haikou senior high school,and puts forward feasible countermeasures to solve the problems,so as to promote the further popularization and development of the nine person volleyball in Haikou senior high school campus.The main conclusions are as follows:1.At present,most high schools in Haikou City have set up nine person volleyball course,the teaching content is based on basic technology teaching,the course hours are less arranged,and the traditional teaching method is combined with modern teaching method;most students have a certain understanding of nine person volleyball,but they have a poor grasp of technology,can not cope with volleyball games,and are not satisfied with the course learning.2.Haikou high school nine person volleyball teachers mainly have bachelor's degree and junior college degree.There are more male teachers,less young teachers and reserve talents.The title and scientific research level of few volleyball teachers need to be improved.In terms of field equipment,the number of volleyball can meet the teaching needs,but the number of nine person volleyball field is insufficient.3.The factors that affect the development of nine player volleyball in Haikou high school include lack of relevant policy support,insufficient construction of school teachers,lack of venue equipment and old facilities,insufficient attention paid by school leaders to nine player volleyball,examination oriented education hindering the innovation and development of nine player volleyball,insufficient time for extracurricular exercise and insufficient participation of students.4.The strategy of the development of nine player volleyball in Haikou high school is to increase the policy support;to increase the school's attention to nine player volleyball;to increase the investment of funds and improve the facilities;to improve the teachers' strength and introduce excellent talents;to increase the publicity and establish nine player volleyball school culture.
