A Study On Cultural Education Of Coal Universities In New Era

"Culture is the soul of a country and a nation."Colleges and universities are both an important carrier of cultural heritage and an important source of ideological and cultural innovation.The development of coal colleges and universities has precipitated a culture with industry characteristics.The unique coal college culture has provided cultural support for the development of the coal industry and has become a key force and a powerful driving force for the development of the connotation of coal colleges and universities.Cultural education is a necessary and effective means of ideological and political education in the new era.Its process is long and arduous,and it plays a strong role in all aspects of coal universities.In the new era,the mission,task and cultural education requirements of coal universities have changed.In view of this,this paper sorts out the development process of coal universities,summarizes its cultural education characteristics,and analyzes the new requirements of coal university culture in the new era.Educate people with advanced socialist culture with Chinese characteristics,build a cultural education system that enhances the quality of education,and train newcomers of the times who are responsible for national rejuvenation.At the same time,combining the case of cultural education of Xi'an University of Science and Technology,and further summarizing the effectiveness of Xi'an University of Science and Technology's "three guides and one brand boutique" in furthering cultural education from the perspective of ideological and political education,and found that there are ideological resources behind coal universities inadequate use,lack of artistic ways and methods,inadequate cultural and educational cohesion,and not many brand products.In response to the above problems,the author analyzes the reasons behind the phenomenon and concludes that the main reasons are rooted in the lack of self-recognition of teachers and students in universities,the absence from the simultaneous resonance of the development of multi-school running patterns,the inadequacy of cultural education systems and mechanisms,and the impact of external multicultural waves.Combining the mission and tasks of colleges and universities with practice,the author puts forward a new way of cultural education that is to build self-confidence and make full use of ideological resources;from time to time,innovative education ways and methods work together to form synergy and frequency resonance;highlight the characteristics and carefully build the four major aspects of famous products and excellent products which have been adjusted and improved in the cultural education work,in order to find their own positioning and better development in the new era,and contribute some ideas to improve the future development direction of coal universities and enhance the effectiveness of its cultural education.
