The 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed that the fundamental task of education should be to establish people by virtue.If we want to carry out the task of building up people by virtue,we must cultivate students' core accomplishment of the subject.To this end,in 2017,the Ministry of Education of China revised the ideological and political curriculum standard of senior high school,the biggest change is to gradually change from "three-dimensional goal" to "subject core accomplishment ",construct a new ideological and political curriculum standard system,change the past only emphasize " knowledge goal "," ability goal ",ignore "emotional attitude value goal ".Therefore,this study takes the core literacy of ideological and political education as the research perspective,based on the classroom teaching of ideological and political education in senior high school,and takes the problem design as the starting point to study the effective way for teachers to cultivate students' core literacy of ideological and political education through problem design.The full text is divided into five parts.Introduction,put forward the reasons for the topic of this study,analysis of the current research situation at home and abroad,clear research methods and research ideas,put forward innovations,explain the significance of research.Chapter one,related concepts and theoretical basis.To clarify the concept of core accomplishment and problem design in the subject of ideological and political education,and to discuss the three theoretical bases of problem design: proximal development area,Bloom's classification theory of educational objectives,constructivist learning theory and so on.these are the premises of this study.The second chapter,based on the subject core literacy of high school ideological and political classroom teaching problem design analysis.According to the investigation and statistical analysis,there are the following problems and reasons in the design of ideological and political classroom teaching problems in senior high school: First,the problem design deviates from the teaching goal;second,the problemexpression is not fine,the design lacks pertinence;third,the problem design lacks inspiration;fourth,the problem situation design lacks inquiry.The third chapter,based on the subject core literacy of high school ideological and political classroom teaching design principles and basic requirements.According to the relevant information and the requirements of the new curriculum standard,the principle of summing up the problem design of classroom teaching is that the problem design should be hierarchical,enlightening,appropriate and authentic.Teachers should also follow the basic requirements of the problem to design the problem,to be targeted,purposeful;step by step,hierarchical;seize the opportunity,predictable.The fourth chapter,based on the subject core accomplishment of high school ideological and political classroom teaching problem design strategy.According to the problems and reasons of ideological and political classroom teaching problem design in senior high school,the main countermeasures are as follows: mastering the core accomplishment of the subject is the foundation;understanding the new teaching material is the key;improving the way of asking questions is the guarantee;and improving the ability of situational design is the fundamental.According to the basic principles and requirements of the problem design in this paper,an example of problem design is used to analyze.
