Objective: this study aims to explore the characteristics,influencing factors and intervention methods of female college students' eating attitudes.In study 1,the Self-Objectification Questionnaire and the Social Physical Anxiety Scale were revised,which were mainly used to measure the selfobjectification level and social physical anxiety level of female college students.In study 2,the present situation and characteristics of eating attitude of female college students were investigated by using the Eating Attitude Scale.Meanwhile,the relationship between the social comparison orientation,selfobjectification,social physique anxiety and eating attitude among female college students was explored by using the Self-Objectification Questionnaire(SOQ),the Social Comparison Orientation Scale,the Social Physique Anxiety Scale(SPAS)and the Eating Attitude Scale.In study 3,42 female college students had intervention by the Internet Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy(ICBT),to explore the effect of ICBT on social physique anxiety,self-objectification,social comparison,and eating attitude.The conclusions are as follows:(1)The Self-Objectification Questionnaire and the Social Physical Anxiety Scale can effectively measure the level of self-objectification and social physical anxiety of female college students.(2)The overall eating attitude of female college students is at the lower level of medium,but the score of diet dimension is relatively high,which requires more attention;There was no significant difference of eating attitude in one-child and hometown,but there was a significant difference in major and grade.(3)Social physical anxiety of female college students plays a completely mediating role between social comparison/self-objectification and eating attitude.(4)Short-term online self-help cognitive behavioral therapy has certain intervention effect on female college students' negative physical self.
