With the development of the society,the aging problem is becoming increasingly serious and the spiritual pursuit of the elderly is constantly improving,more and more old people choose to continue their study in the university of the elderly after retirement.Due to the current shortage of educational resources for the elderly in China,the limited educational resources cannot meet the large number of the elderly population,leading to the problem of "one university for the elderly is difficult to find and students do not graduate for many years".Therefore,in old university students as the research object,this paper based on self-directed learning theory model,with Internet + product service mode,build elderly study career planning model,and design can make the elderly independently or with the help of others to participate in the program itself,rich old age learning program products,to solve "a difficult beg,graduate students for years".The first part of this paper puts forward the current situation and existing problems of the education for the aged in China through the research background,and then points out the deficiencies of the current study career planning research through the research status at home and abroad,and introduces the research purpose and significance of this paper,so as to determine the research method and content of this paper.The second part expounds the concepts and contents of study career planning and self-directed learning theory,and points out the relationship between university for the aged and study career planning and the role of self-directed learning in the education for the aged.The third part takes Huagong University for the elderly as the research site,obtains the current study career planning status and the needs of the school and students,and then obtains the design opportunity points through the establishment of user model and task analysis.The fourth part is based on the self-directed learning theory of mode design of study career planning for senior college,and combined with the results of the survey to define and analyze the specific content and service model of the model.The fifth part is the product design for the realization of mode design of study career planning for senior college through the Internet + product.The sixth part is the reflection and summary ofthe research of this paper,and puts forward the deficiencies of this paper and the direction of follow-up research.Based on the self-oriented learning theory,this study explores how to innovate the mode design of study career planning for senior college,providing theoretical and design references for future studies.
