All over the past time,China has been leading the jockey industry in the world no matter in the number of the horse in China or the development and scale of the jockey industry.Unfortunately,in the recent last 100 years,due to different political reasons,both the above two indexes have been dropping to its historical low point.Until 2008,after Beijing Olympic had started a dramatical change of uprising.Throughout the broadcast in TV and another channels,Chinese can watch the competition of Equestrian including the jumping and Horse Dressage.After this Olympic,the atmosphere of riding horse prevalent to a lot of Chinese.They realise that if they have trained up to the highest level,they may have chance to join in the competition in Olympic.In addition,comparing the body size of Asian to European,since Asian generally is lighter and shorter which exactly is the advantages in riding.Besides,the boost up of the China economy which widely support the development of the Equestrian.At the end,keeping a horse is not an easy financial task to general class in China.For these reasons,the establish and development of the horse ranch in China rises like the bloom of the flower in Spring so as Beijing HC horse ranch.It is setting up in such background in Beijing couple years ago.In this thesis,we are trying to use couple of the marketing strategic theories to explore the situation of HC horse ranch in both internal and external.We use the marketing tools of STP and 7P to analysis HC Ranch.After that,this passage uses the PEST and Porter tools to analysis Jockey Industry in China.Further,this thesis uses the Resources and Ability side to analysis the HC Ranch Internally.After that,the third chapter uses the SWOT to do the analysis.In the fourth chapter,this thesis uses the STP and 7P marketing theory tools to explain the HC Ranch problems and Reasons.Finally,this passage uses the STP and 7P marketing tools to provide all constructive solutions.Also,analysis the problem of the horse ranch and the reason of the problem coming up.Finally,we are going to have few suggestions to solve such problems.
