With the increasing trend of urban and rural population mobility and the accelerating process of urbanization,more and more young people who move with them are taken away from the countryside by their parents to study and live in cities.In the process of teenagers' growing up,the emotional warmth of family and the effective education participation of parents are helpful to meet the needs of teenagers' emotional support.However,most of the parents of migrant workers have long been in a state of high workload,heavy economic burden,tension between husband and wife,and their own family education cognition and behavior are limited,which makes the family education situation and growth and development of the young people who move with them often in a weak position.At the same time,the author found that there is less practical research on social work intervention in family education of young people in China,which has a larger exploration and research space.This study aims to explore the effect of group work intervention on the family education of adolescents in s community.First of all,before the intervention of group work,the author uses questionnaire and interview to investigate the current situation of family education of the young people who move with them in the community,so as to further evaluate the family needs of the young people who move with them and analyze the necessity of group work intervention.Secondly,based on the theory of family system and empowerment theory,the design of the group scheme is guided,and the group working methods and skills are used to intervene the family education of the young people who move with them.Finally,it evaluates and discusses the effect of group practice intervention,and reflects on group practice.This study found that group social work has certain advantages in intervening in family education of young people who move with them,which can scientifically respond to the needs of young people who move with them,enhance their sense of personal ability,gradually guide and empower them,and realize the effective advantages of helping others to help themselves.However,the process of empowerment practice service involving ingroup practice is affected to some extent by the reasons of falling into empowerment trap,ethical dilemma and lack of practical experience of workers.In this regard,the author combined with the practical experience of the group,summed up the group work involved in the family education of young people moving with the relevant suggestions,enrich the practical experience of the group work involved in family education.
