Since the implementation of the grant policy in 2007,China has gradually exempted tuition fees for students from rural families with economic difficulties and agriculture-related majors in secondary vocational schools in 2009,and fully realized the tuition-free policy in 2015.The subsidy policy for secondary vocational education in China has passed 10 years.The initial purpose of the implementation of the funding policy is to develop secondary vocational education.However,in the process of its implementation,some problems are inevitably exposed,which affect the development of secondary vocational education.Therefore,it is an important part of the development of funding policy to analyze the problems and put forward corresponding improvement plans.This study mainly aid policy of Guangdong petrochemical vocational and technical school as the main research object,through literature review,questionnaire survey and interviews on the data information collection and sorting,the system combing the history of the secondary vocational education funding policy and related theoretical basis,from the national policy of free tuition in education funding policy,national financial aid policy and document tent card student fee subsidy policy and so on three subsidy policy,this paper respectively analysis of online cognitive situation of the current students for three policies,application situation and the satisfaction of system analysis,Finally,the paper finds out the problems existing in the subsidizing policy of Guangdong petrochemical vocational and technical school and the specific methods to solve the related problems.
