As for Chinese modern vocational and technical education, billions of high-quality technological and skillful talents have been trained for the society, which has greatly promoted Chinese economic development and social progress, but there are also some restrictions for the amount of investment funding on education is inadequate to meet the need of great development. With the western big population for education in Sichuan province, it is significant to investigate and analyze the vocational education funding input in Sichuan and to propose corresponding policy. As a result of large population and unadvanced economy, and agriculture being the major industries, development of vocational education in Sichuan can rely on not only financial input from government into education, but also diverse investment in education, that is, to advocate expanding the scale of secondary vocational schools, and to encourage companies to set up joint schools, to focus on vocational training base sharing, and to strengthen the vocational school's own refreshment. Meanwhile it is needed to increase efficiency of education input funding.
