Value Orientation means guide the initial member groups with exactly values,setting up theirs psychological values choice and decision making.The curriculum value orientation refers to a certain subject choose theirs own interests and needs in certain objective value standards and theirs values orientation and attitudes in formulating curriculum objectives,selecting curriculum contents and conducting curriculum evaluation.Curriculum Value Orientation is the core and basis of curriculum revolution,whether the value orientation of curriculum reform is scientific or not is related to the results of curriculum reform and the effectiveness of education.Our country experienced several time primary school moral revolution Since the founding of new China,and for that each period moral curriculum revolution has its own curriculum values.Now,we facing the rapid changes of politics,economy and culture and the new situation of students' moral development,the value orientation of moral education curriculum in primary schools in China needs to be further optimized and improved.Based of that,this research start from the perspective of historical development,regarded the text materials as the conditions such as curriculum objectives,curriculum contents and curriculum evaluation in the teaching plan,syllabus and curriculum standards,to adopts research methods such as literature,historical research and interview so that we can analyzing the evolution,characteristics,causes and difficulties of the value orientation,and we can also explores the current primary schools in China value orientation of moral education curriculum reform,serving for the new era's reform of moral education curriculum in primary schools.Since the founding of new China,We can saw that the perspective of the evolution of thevalue orientation reform in primary schools has experienced three stage,they are serving politics by social orientation(From the founding of new China to the end of culture revolution),serving for the social values by industrialism(from the reform and opening up to the end of the 20 th century),then to the evolution of people-oriented by the life orientation(from the 21 st century to the present).Since the founding of new China,we can take a look of the historical evolution of the moral education curriculum value orientation in primary schools of China,In the past 70 years,this value shows the characteristics of returning from tool value to ontological value,from single orientation to multiple orientation,from focusing on learning results to focusing on learning process.The change of our curriculum value orientation are closely related to the development of new China 70 years' political,economic,cultural,educational thoughts,moral education theories and educational policies.Based on the research of over 70 years primary school moral education of curriculum value orientation change,and combine with our country real existing problems in the value orientation of primary school moral education curriculum,we put forward some suggestions for our country orientation and realization of the primary school moral education curriculum value orientation in the future.Under the background of the new era,the value should focus on the coordinated development of social individual orientation,combine with the world and national orientation,we also should realize the organic unity of adaptability and transcendence orientation.On the other hand,we need to think highly of the faculty teaching group construction,the optimization of the moral education curriculum resources,and the improvement of the evaluation mechanism of the moral education curriculum so that our values orientation could be better implemented.
