In recent years,the demand of parents and students for quality education resources has increased,and the demand for extra-curricular tutoring has become increasingly strong.Because of its flexible and diverse forms and targeted teaching methods,it has been sought after by parents of students,and has become an indispensable part of the learning process for some students.portion.However,because some parents and students have high expectations for extra-curricular tutoring or because of the "cinema effect",everyone scrambles to participate,resulting in students' overburdened learning and even affecting their physical and mental health.The Ministry of Education has issued several "burden reduction" notices,but with little effect.Extra-curricular tutoring has its own positive effects.Reasonable use can help students supplement their shortcomings and improve their advantages.However,extra-curricular tutoring can only take advantage of its own advantages.This study discusses extra-curricular tutoring from the perspective of decision-making in participating in extra-curricular tutoring The question of fair use.The decision of different students to participate in extracurricular tutoring is made by different subjects,including parents,students and school teachers.At the same time,from a vertical perspective,different students have different levels of independent decision-making regarding their participation in all aspects of extracurricular tutoring.According to autonomous learning theory,differences in students 'enthusiasm for participation in the learning process will have a significant impact on students' learning behavior and learning effects.Therefore,the active and passive nature of students' participation in the decision-making process of extracurricular tutoring will have a significant difference in their effects during and after the tutoring.This research is basedon the analysis of variance,partial correlation and regression analysis of the survey data on the decision-making right and tutoring effect of junior high school students participating in extracurricular tutoring.There are significant differences in impact.The reason is that students with different decision-making subjects have different goals and enthusiasm for participating in extracurricular tutoring.Second,students' independent decision-making degree is significantly related to the tutoring effect and some of its dimensions.Among them,the degree of autonomous decision-making has a significant positive correlation with the effect of tutoring,which has a significant positive predictive effect on the effect of tutoring.The degree of autonomous decision-making is significantly positively correlated with tutoring satisfaction and negatively correlated with the burden of tutoring.The reason is that students with a higher degree of autonomous decision-making have a better metacognition of self-judgment and can effectively arrange their own learning.The degree of independent decision-making has no significant correlation with knowledge acquisition,because knowledge acquisition is greatly affected by factors related to extracurricular tutoring.The degree of autonomous decision-making has a significant positive correlation with learning interest and learning responsibility,because the students with a higher degree of autonomous decision-making have a stronger learning initiative.Third,the study also found that among students 'autonomous decision-making indicators,autonomous decision-making teachers,types,and subjects can effectively explain tutoring effects and sub-dimensional tutoring satisfaction.Whether autonomous decision-making participation,types,and subjects can effectively explain learning interest,autonomous Decision-making teachers can effectively explain knowledge acquisition,autonomous decision-making types and teachers can effectively explain the burden of tutoring and learning responsibility.Through the above analysis,it is explained whether the students' autonomous decision-making participates,tutoring subjects,types,and teachers are more important factors in student participation in decision-making.Based on the above survey and analysis,in order to improve the rationality of the use of extracurricular tutoring and enhance its positive effect on student development,this study proposes from the perspective of parents that it should give students sufficient space to choose to participate in extracurricular tutoring Function,respect the students 'own willingness to participate,and assist students in the selection and selection of extracurricular tutoring;from the perspective of school and familyeducation,they should put the improvement of students' ability to make independent decisions in the first place,and school education should help students establish correct Learning values,teachers should give students the opportunity to make
