China is rich in land and resources,and the culture and art of various places are unique.The application of these local cultural resources with regional characteristics to the teaching of fine arts in primary schools will not only enrich the cultural construction of the school curriculum,but also increase students' knowledge and understanding.A variety of art classes can also enhance students' interest in art classes.At this stage of the art teaching materials for all students,involved in many aspects of knowledge,but for the local characteristics of the art curriculum is very little.The cultural resources of the place most familiar to students are not well utilized and inherited.Therefore,in the outline of basic curriculum reform,it is pointed out that: “ while implementing the national curriculum and local curriculum,schools should,in the light of the specific conditions of local social and economic development,combine their own traditions and advantages,students' interests and needs,and develop or select courses suitable for their own schools.”As a primary school art teacher,we should learn to integrate the local cultural resources with local characteristics and develop the school-based curriculum construction of art.To perfect the teaching content of art class in the way of school-based curriculum will greatly enhance the extensibility of art discipline.Learn to make good use of the local characteristics of the material and cultural resources,innovative art classroom teaching model,improve the aesthetic ability of students.Let the students of this school in the study of Fine Arts,at the same time,can know more about their hometown,deepen their recognition of their hometown culture,sublimate their affection to their hometown,love this land.Located in Shuangliu District,Huanglongxi is one of the most important local cultures in the region.Ancient town is a tourist town with tourism as the leader and agriculture as the basis.It is a new tourist hotspot in the suburb of Chengdu.Known as the town of Chinese folk art,the pilot town of national small town construction,the demonstration town of National Small Town economic comprehensive development,the first batch of National Register of Historically and Culturally Significant Towns of China,List of National Parks of China,Chengdu Tourism Key town,the national environment beautiful town and Chengdu City,one of the 14 priority development key towns,there are rich natural landscape resources and cultural tourism resources.The ancient town is not only famous for its beautiful scenery and beautiful environment,but also a famous natural film and television photography base at home and abroad.Its main features are: ancient streets,ancient trees,ancient temples,ancient water and land wharves,ancient buildings and simple folk customs.These characteristics of the old town can be used as the school-based curriculum development content.In the early stage of school-based curriculum development,the relevant investigation related to the school-based curriculum is made from the two different angles of students and teachers.For example: to understand students' attitudes towards art classes,their preferences in the types of art classes,their knowledge of Ancient Huanglongxi towns,etc.to understand other teachers in the region who are developing school-based courses;As well as their ideas and suggestions on the development of Huanglongxi ancient town as an art school-based curriculum.Based on the local cultural resources of Huanglongxi ancient town in Chengdu,Shuangliu District,this paper systematically integrates the present situation of cultural resources of Huanglongxi ancient town through on-the-spot visits and consulting materials,analysis of its architectural features,Folk Customs,food preferences,and so on,to pave the way for the later development of the curriculum.When developing and utilizing the school-based curriculum of Fine Arts,unit teaching,grade teaching and teaching activities of different subjects are carried out.In this paper,the development process of school-based teaching materials in Huanglongxi ancient town is described in detail,and school-based teaching is carried out by integrating the local resources of the ancient town.
