On The Problems And Countermeasures Of The Cultivation Of Middle School Students' Struggle Spirit

In recent years,with the continuous enhancement of China's comprehensive national strength,the education situation of young people is also developing towards a good situation.But the vast majority of young people in the material life is increasing,but also breeding some factors that are not conducive to their growth,which for the development of young people,is an obstacle,we must attach great importance to and should be corrected in time.What kind of struggle spirit teenagers should have and how to practice it are still uncertain.In today's academic circles,there are few papers about the struggle spirit of middle school students,which shows that the struggle spirit of middle school students has not attracted enough attention and discussion.At the same time,the study of the struggle spirit of middle school students can not only play a proper leading role in the growth of middle school students,but also provide some reference for the later study of the struggle spirit of middle school students.Based on the consideration of the above related issues and the collation of the relevant literature,this study carried out a series of research and analysis according to the specific actual situation.The first chapter takes Shishi middle school in Chengdu as an example,taking the methods of investigation,practice and interview for in-depth discussion.At the same time,it makes objective analysis and evaluation according to the actual teaching situation,and puts forward some constructive measures to explore the current situation and shortcomings of the research on the struggle spirit of middle school students in recent years,and constantly optimize the countermeasures and suggestions.After pointing out all kinds of problems faced by middle school students at present,this paper puts forward some constructive suggestions for the existing problems.In the second chapter,according to the relevant research design of the plan,the author makes a comprehensive analysis of the main problems existing in the current middle school students,and on the premise of understanding their current learning and mental state,makes a specific description of the research ideas and research methods.At the same time,the article analyzes from many angles,on the premise of understanding the current learning and living conditions of middle school students,analyzes their views on the spirit of struggle,as well as how to lead them to develop the spirit of struggle.In terms of research methods,questionnaire survey and personal interview are the most widely used methods.Based on the analysis,this paper summarizes the main problems existing in the struggle spirit of middle school students and the causes of the problems.On the whole,the research has strong practicability,universality,epochal and comprehensive.But there are also some shortcomings,such as the wide range of topics,leading to the lack of research balance;the lack of methodological awareness,leading to the lack of normative expression of research;more applied research,less theoretical research and so on.These factors are closely related to the current education system,education system and school education methods,as well as the ability to select topics and their own professional quality.Finally,from the current situation of education and some suggestions for improvement,the paper expounds the importance and necessity of middle school students' struggle spirit from various angles.The school should adjust the students' struggling spirit education according to the actual situation,combine closely with the advantages of Ideological and political discipline development,constantly optimize the curriculum,improve the students' understanding of struggling spirit,deepen the students' understanding of struggling spirit from the classroom teaching and specific practical activities,and make them a qualified socialist successor make preparation.
