Nowadays,with the rapid development of modern science and technology,the development of modern teaching technology means is faster and faster.These changes have brought great changes to the effect of geography classroom teaching.Compared with traditional teaching technology,modern teaching technology has its unique advantages under the strong support of Internet multimedia.It is not only relatively simple in operation,but also can vividly show the magnificent mountains and rivers of the motherland,so as to bring students a better sense of official experience.However,in today's geography classroom teaching,how does the use of different types of teaching techniques affect the effect of classroom teaching? How to combine different teaching techniques to better serve the geography classroom is a problem worthy of attention and consideration of the geography teachers.Through the questionnaire survey and analysis of the application of classroom teaching technology of middle school geography teachers in Chongqing,this study finds that most geography teachers think that the combination of traditional teaching technology and modern teaching technology is more conducive to improve the effect of classroom teaching.Different teaching techniques have their own characteristics.Modern teaching technology means(such as PPT,whiteboard and tablet)are based on the basic development of the network.According to the survey,it has the following characteristics:(1)it is convenient and quick to obtain information;(2)teachers can save class time and avoid the confusion of blackboard writing through ppt projector demonstration;(3)geography teachers can use the network platform to demonstrate in class at any time Search relevant knowledge to enhance students' sensory experience.However,some teachers care too much about the diversity and technicality of modern teaching techniques and ignore that students are the main body of classroom learning.At the same time,the content of classroom presents too much and exceeds students' acceptance ability.Although traditional teaching techniques(such as blackboarddrawing,geographical model,geographical wall map and geographical specimen)are not as vivid as modern teaching techniques in terms of technology,the investigation results also show that they have the following characteristics:(1)the operation process is simple and clear,which makes students more likely to deepen their knowledge impression,master the origin and the consequences of knowledge;(2)external Drawing while talking on board drawing can attract students' attention,which is helpful to improve the effect of classroom teaching;(3)traditional teaching techniques have certain requirements for teachers' basic skills,which is helpful for teachers to improve their professional quality.In classroom teaching,if we can make full use of the advantages of different technical means according to the content of classroom teaching,and integrate different teaching technical means,we can attract students' interest and attention,so as to improve students' learning efficiency.Secondly,this study through the questionnaire survey of some middle school students in Chongqing,to understand the actual needs of middle school students about geography classroom teaching technology.Students all think that modern teaching technology can vividly display geographical knowledge and increase their interest in the classroom,but to some extent,it is different.The traditional teaching technology means middle school students prefer geographical model.They think that the geographical model can reflect the geographical things as a whole.At the same time,the students have a high interest in geographical samples.But they also say that because of the insufficient objective conditions,teachers are rarely used in the geography classroom.Finally,through the combination of theory and practice,after investigating teachers and students' views on different traditional and modern teaching techniques,combining with the constructivism theory,multiple intelligence theory,motivation and interest theory of pedagogy,the author believes that geography classroom teaching should not blindly deny traditional teaching techniques or blindly affirm modern teaching techniques,but should be based on Classroom content will be a combination of the two.Thus,three specific cases of the combination of traditional and modern teaching techniques are designed.First,the students are familiar with the geographical knowledge of Asia,which mainly adopts the combination of PPT and blackboard writing;second,the theoretical knowledge of thermal circulation mainly adopts the combination of practical teaching and Baidu map;third,the students are unfamiliar with the geographical knowledge of America,which mainly adopts the combination of video animation and blackboard writing The combination of map teaching technology means.Through the design of three teaching cases,I hope to arouse some thoughts on the selection of teaching technology means in geography class of middle school teachers.The development of teaching technology means is always to serve the classroom teaching.We should choose appropriate teaching techniques according to different learning situations,different teaching contents and teaching objectives.
