In the era of knowledge and information,globalization is speeding up,and talents in the new era need to face not only their own countries,but also the world.However,the core of international understanding is to focus on cultivating talents facing the future and facing the world,which undoubtedly conforms to the requirements of The Times.Based on the needs of The Times,countries begin to study international understanding education one after another.However,the international understanding education in China started later than that in other countries,and most of the studies focus on the theoretical level rather than the practical level.Based on this,this paper focuses on how to practice and implement international understanding literacy in primary school.The research is carried out from the following aspects :(1)for primary school students,what problems occur in the cultivation of international understanding literacy?(2)Can we implement core literacy through courses?(3)What measures can we take based on these problems?(4)Can these measures really improve the international understanding of primary school students?First of all,this paper gives a general overview of the development of international understanding literacy.Based on the "Core Literacy of Chinese Students in the 21 st Century",it explains the importance of cultivating international understanding literacy in primary school by analyzing relevant concepts of international understanding literacy.Then to the core literacy in the 21 st century,the development of Chinese students in international understanding accomplishment of official statement as questionnaire compiled by the dimensions,and the five primary schools in Changsha city as an example,the questionnaire survey to the teachers and students in each grade,combined withinterviews and classroom observation,from the students' literacy level of international understanding,the present situation of the elementary school classroom training students understand international literacy and international understanding literacy status of the teacher in Changsha city primary school students was analyzed and discussed in three aspects such as literacy training status and the reasons of international understanding.Based on the problems reflected in the status survey,according to the core literacy of Chinese students and the physical and mental development law of primary school students,the author formulated the primary school international understanding teaching strategy,which specifically includes: the goal of the primary school international understanding curriculum,curriculum content theme,curriculum content organization form and appropriate teaching methods.And based on the teaching experiment,experiment teaching of experimental classes after questionnaire results significant difference before and after the test,international understanding that in comparative classes international understanding of the questionnaire result no significant difference before and after the test,and in the process of teaching,experimental classes of students in understanding is given priority to with games and activities of the international schedule showed higher enthusiasm and interest.This shows that the international understanding teaching strategy formulated by the author can improve the international understanding level of primary school students.This paper designs a set of scientific questionnaire for elementary students' international comprehension,which is convenient for educators to test students' international comprehension literacy level.Then,taking Changsha primary school as an example,the current situation of international understanding education in primary schools is understood through questionnaire and interview,and based on this,the universalcultivation strategy of international understanding literacy in primary schools is extracted,which can provide some practical experience for educators to cultivate international understanding literacy in primary schools.
