High school history textbook is a teaching book compiled by the editor according to the high school history curriculum standard,which is the main teaching resource for teachers and students in the history teaching process.Its compilation and revision have been concerned and valued by scholars,students majoring in history and education and front-line history teachers.How is this paper for the purpose of discussing the writing changes and application thinking of a new compulsory textbook for senior high school history published by the People's Education Press in 2019——Chinese and Foreign History Outline(?),which is used in Beijing,Tianjin,Liaoning,Shanghai,Shandong and Hainan.It mainly uses the methods of literature analysis,comparative research,statistical analysis and questionnaire survey.In the process of writing this paper,the author combs the history curriculum structure of senior high school,the curriculum of Chinese and foreign history outline and the compilation of Chinese and foreign history outline(?)combined with the theory of history teaching materials and the document of General Senior High School History Curriculum Standard(2017 Edition).By using comparative research knowledge,the paper discusses the changes in the compilation of the 2017 edition of General Senior High School History Curriculum Standard and Chinese and Foreign History Outline(?)from many angles.Based on the theory noted earlier,this paper briefly determines the reasons for the series of changes in the compilation of Chinese and Foreign History Outline(?).Then,according to the writing changes of the Chinese and Foreign History Outline(?),the paper discusses the deficiencies in the compilation briefly.According to the results of the survey on the use of the textbook of the Chinese and Foreign History Outline(?)and the teaching experience of some senior high school history teachers in Hainan Province,four deficiencies are appeared in the actual use of the textbook of the Chinese and Foreign History Outline(?).Finally,for these deficiencies,the author carries on plain thinking on the Chinese and foreign history outline(?)in the specific use from the compilation of textbook,the use of textbooks,the training of teacher and the students study,which want to improve the inappropriate point of the Chinese and foreign history outline(?)in the compilation and help high school history teachers master Chinese and foreign history outline(?).
