Filial piety culture is the core part of Chinese traditional culture.Qian mu once pointed out that Chinese culture is "filial piety culture".In the new era background,filial piety culture through a series of profound changes and development,constantly adapt to the needs of The Times,has become an important force in the construction of socialist spiritual civilization,at the same time,filial piety culture advocates the "filial piety" this quality,is a moral quality junior high school students must have.Therefore,strengthening filial piety culture education in the teaching of morality and rule of law in junior high school is not only conducive to improving the ideological and moral quality of junior high school students,but also conducive to inheriting and carrying forward the excellent traditional virtues of the Chinese nation,strengthening cultural self-confidence,and promoting the construction of socialist spiritual civilization.The research of this paper mainly adopts the method of literature and investigation to study the filial piety culture education in the teaching of morality and rule of law in junior middle school.Firstly,it summarizes the research on filial piety culture education at home and abroad through literature analysis,summarizes and explores the connotation,origin,change and dialectical inheritance and development of traditional filial piety culture,and further explores the content of filial piety culture education in the teaching of morality and rule of law in junior high school.Followed by the survey and analysis on the basis of existing research and on-the-spot investigation,the changsha city north and middle school education of filial piety culture teaching situ ation launches the research,and carried on the thorough analysis,the result of the questionnaire and investigation on the basis of this analysis for junior high school teaching of filial piety culture "morality and the rule of law" education existence question and the reason,and the corresponding countermeasures.In view of the status quo that filial piety culture is not taken seriously,we should pay more attention to it from all aspects.Secondly,in view of the lack of content design of filial piety culture in textbooks,this paper puts forward some countermeasures to integrate textbooks and strengthen the systematicness,adaptability and innovation of filial piety culture education.Thirdly,it is proposed to reform and optimize the evaluation method,including paying more attention to the process evaluation and the development evaluation,and investigating the combination of knowledge and practice.Fourth,in view of the uneven quality of teachers in "morality and rule of law",it is necessary to impr ove the professional quality of teachers and enhance the professionalism of filial piety culture and education.On this basis,the author puts forward the practical level of filial piety culture education,which aims at improving the moral quality of junior high school students,so as to promote the development of quality-oriented education and the construction of socialist spiritual civilization.
