A Study On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Compulsory Education Collectivization In Harbin

The collectivized running of a school arises from the contradiction between the People's need for fair and high-quality education and the unbalanced development of education.Its emergence has contributed to the rapid expansion of quality educational resources and to the balanced development of compulsory education.As a brand-new school-running mode,many practical explorations in this field have been carried out in China in the past 20 years.But its theoretical framework and supporting system are not perfect.Its own operation and development still have a lot of space for research and promotion.It is of great theoretical and practical significance to promote its further development and to make it play its due role to study the problems and causes in the process of running a school as a group.In this study,firstly,the literature method was used to find relevant literature on collectivized school-running in HowNet,Wanfang,school libraries,and the Internet to understand the existing research results.Including the research on the mode,operation,results of collectivized school-running.Accumulate sufficient data for the subsequent research and lay a solid foundation.Then use the literature method,interview method,questionnaire survey method,observation research method and other research methods to study the current situation of compulsory education collectivized school-running in S District of Harbin,understand the basic operation and basic results,and analyze the problems;Fairness development theory,regional education governance theory,synergy theory and other related theories are used as the guide to analyze the cause of the problem,put forward corresponding optimization and improvement suggestions,provide new ideas for related research,and provide reference for the further practice of collectivized school-running.
