| The dragon boat sport has strong historical and cultural connotations of more than two thousand years,with characteristics of historicity,openness,inheritance and nationality.It is a long-established national traditional sports event and the best embodiment of the dragon spirit in the dragon culture.A water sport with the meaning of "group bonding".The holding of the first international dragon boat competition successfully promoted the dragon boat sport to all parts of the world.Since the 1990s,the dragon boat sport in colleges and universities has begun to rise rapidly like a spring breeze.Dragon boat races have been held throughout the country and the categories have increased.With the acceleration of social development,dragon boat sports have truly evolved into competitive sports,and the degree of internationalization has increased.Jiangsu Province is one of the earliest provinces to carry out dragon boat sports.It has a good mass foundation and abundant lake resources.It is suitable for dragon boat sports.It is also effective to study the development of dragon boat sports in colleges and universities.This article uses literature data method,questionnaire survey method and interview method to conduct an in-depth investigation on the current situation of the development of dragon boat sports in colleges and universities in Jiangsu Province,and draws the following conclusions:1.The basic situation of dragon boat teams in Jiangsu Province:The coach team needs to be improved,and there is little regular training.The recruitment of some dragon boat teams in some colleges and universities is not ideal.There are still conflicts between learning and training.Promoting the development of dragon boat sports in our school is the main reason for establishing the dragon boat team.Jiangsu Ocean University and Changshu Institute of Technology have their own dragon boat training base.The venue and equipment are better than other colleges and universities,which is conducive to training and management teams.2.Analysis on the training of dragon boat teams of colleges and universities in Jiangsu Province:The dragon boat teams of Southeast University and the dragon boat teams of Nantong University do not arrange training in winter and summer vacations.More than half of the dragon boat teams of colleges and universities arrange training in summer vacations.The summer vacation time is long,and it is appropriate to arrange training.A few schools have training subsidies that can motivate coaches and athletes to improve training levels.3.Analysis of water project courses and safety issues:Water project courses are yet to be developed,dragon boat courses are added to some school curriculum systems,safety awareness needs to be improved,and safety skills need to be trained.4.Analysis of the Jiangsu Dragon Boat Team competition situation:Jiangsu Dragon Boat Team participated in prefecture-level,provincial,national and world-level dragon boat competitions.They rarely participated in national and world-level competitions,and are far from international competitions.The arrangement of the dragon boat players on the field is determined by personal ability.The prize money is mainly distributed to the team members and as a development fund for the Dragon Boat Team.5.Problems in the development of dragon boat sports in Jiangsu Province:The coach team is imperfect,lacks regular training,the players have poor physical fitness,there are contradictions in learning and training,funding shortages,climate constraints,and safety awareness needs to be strengthened.In view of the problems existing in the development of dragon boat sports in colleges and universities in Jiangsu Province,the following development countermeasures are proposed:1.Enrich the coach team and effectively organize coach training;2.Plan to set up a dragon boat course,plan teaching materials,course content,target system,and solve the learning and training Contradictory issues and recruitment of talents;3.Broaden the channel of funding sources,attach importance to publicity inside and outside the school,establish a model of cooperation with enterprises,and support models for veterans;4.Scientifically formulate training plans to increase awareness of safety campaigns;5.Enrich campus cultural activities and create features Sports brand,school-school cooperation,and establish characteristic sports teams. |
