The new curriculum standard clearly puts forward that scientific thinking as the core content of physics will be further cultivated.As the starting point of physics learning,junior middle school physics teaching should pay more attention to the cultivation of scientific thinking,which can lay a good foundation for the cultivation of students' physical core literacy.The researcher used a questionnaire to investigate the status of scientific thinking and image learning of Grade nine students in a middle school,and found that the junior middle school students' overall scientific thinking level is low.Investigation shows that the junior middle school students' basic knowledge of image is not solid enough,and some students stated that they would not analyze physical images and could not flexibly use images to solve physical problems.At the same time,most students think that images are important for physics learning and can help to improve their scientific thinking level.Therefore,the researcher considering using image teaching to improve the physical scientific thinking level of junior middle school students.On one hand,it can pay more attention to image teaching and improve students' ability to use images;on the other hand,it can improve the scientific thinking level of junior middle school students,and the improvement of their thinking level can in turn promote image learning.Based on the analysis of related theories and the results of questionnaires,this paper proposes specific teaching strategies based on image teaching to improve the physics science thinking level of junior middle school students.The teaching strategy is mainly divided into two parts.The first part focuses on consolidating the basic knowledge of students' images and improving teachers' scientific thinking and training awareness.The second part proposes teaching strategies that use images to improve the physical scientific thinking level in physics concept lessons,regular lessons,review lessons,and exercise lessons with specific examples.Then the teaching strategies are applied to the teaching designs.The teaching design such as "Specific Heat Capacity","Convex Lens Imaging Law","Ohm's Law",and "Image Review Topics" are used as examples for analysis.At the end of the article,the researcher summarizes the research results and reflects on the existing shortcomings.The researcher hopes that she can conduct more in-depth research in the future teaching process.
