Adolescent sex education is a special physical and psychological education aimed at adolescence,which is also the focused area of quality education in recent years.More and more people realize the importance of adolescent sex education,but it has not been effectively implemented,especially through the survey we found that the current situation of adolescent sex education in Xinjiang inner primary school(hereinafter referred to as inner schools)is not optimistic.With the opening of the new period of school year and the appearance of the second sexual sign of the body,the students who enter adolescence are having increasing confusion and contradiction.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out adolescent sex education so that they can better understand the physiological and psychological changes,learn how to get along with the opposite sexes,know how to protect themselves,and establish a healthy and optimistic attitude so as to successfully pass the adolescence.In this study,three grade students in Karamay of Xinjiang are taken as the research objects.Through sorting out and selecting the biology textbook published by People's Education Press,four topics related to adolescent sex education are compiled;they are how to use biology class to carry out adolescent sex education for the first grade students,by referring to the relevant documents and papers,the school-based curriculum of adolescent sex education is developed,which is suitable for the junior middle school students;how to use the Saturday school-based curriculum to carry out relevant education for the students in the second grade of junior school;through research and practice,the adolescent sex education theme class meeting is designed for the students in the third grade of junior high school,that is,how to use the class meeting class every Friday to carry out adolescent sex education for the students in the third grade of junior school.The purpose of this study is to find out the current situation of puberty education in inner primary school by analyzing the questionnaire and interviewing to compare the cognitive changes of sexual physiology,sexual psychology and sexual morality before and after puberty education.The results show that:First,most of the students in the first class have entered adolescence.72.1%of boys had spermatorrhea and 85.1%of girls had menstruation.However,82.7%of the inner schools students have not been exposed to puberty education,so it is urgent to carry out puberty education for them.Second,there are obvious differences in the cognition of sexual physiology,sexual psychology and sexual morality among the students in different grades.57.7%and 61.3%of the students in the first grade of junior high school had a wrong understanding of pregnancy and the organ from which a fetus is born.The false cognition rate of "attitude towards masturbation" of the students in the second and third inner junior middle schools has reached 38.7%and 41.5%,which shows that the students in the first inner junior middle school have a poor grasp of basic physiological knowledge,and the students in the second and third inner junior middle schools have a high false cognition rate of sexual psychology,so it is necessary to carry out puberty education corresponding to it.Thirdly,it is very effective to carry out puberty education for the students in the first class.Through relevant experiments,the experimental group of students who have received puberty sex education has significantly improved the overall cognitive level of sexual physiology,sexual psychology and sexual morality,while the group of students who have not received puberty sex education has no significant change in the corresponding cognitive level.
