Teachers are facing various pressures at present.Teachers' mental health problems are becoming more and more common.Teacher-student relationship problems are numerous.This not only affects the development of teachers' daily teaching work but also affects the development of students' mental health.However,the group negatively affected by irrational beliefs is not only students but also teachers,which will adversely affect teachers' physical and mental health.This thesis will proceed from real teaching scenarios,practice and theoretically discuss teachers' irrational beliefs,explore the current situation of teachers' irrational beliefs,and discuss the negative effects of teachers' irrational behaviors on students.Design intervention plans for teachers'irrational beliefs,and contribute to teachers' reasonable development of teaching activities.In the first stage,the concept of teachers'beliefs,teachers'irrational beliefs and irrational behaviors was defined,and the relationship between teachers' irrational beliefs and irrational behaviors was explored.Clarify how it affects the teaching practices of teachers and students and their normal emotions,behaviors,and thoughts.Unreasonable behavior stems from unreasonable beliefs,and teachers' irrational beliefs will be reflected in teaching activities and teaching practices.The second stage,Research 1,conducted online and offline questionnaire surveys on 223 teachers.The research tool was the Irrational Belief Questionnaire,which sorted out the irrational beliefs that are common in teaching activities.Semi-structured interviews were conducted with 10 teachers and 8 students,and texts were transcribed.The interview data was summarized using generic analysis to summarize common irrational behaviors,such as direct physical harm to students and behaviors that insulted students.The results show that teachers' irrational beliefs are universal,and the generation of irrational beliefs has the characteristics of unconsciousness,short-lived,and not easy to detect.Lay the foundation for the design of the next intervention plan.The third stage,Study 2,is based on the research results of a pair of teachers'irrational beliefs and the use of rational emotion therapy as the theoretical basis to compile online teachers' irrational belief practice questions,and use online answer training to train 10 junior high school students.The verification result is that the online intervention of teachers' irrational beliefs is operable and effective.
