With the rise of educational democratization,the study of educational democratization has become an increasingly important issue.The propaganda of the idea of democratization in education has been carried out for many years,and there is no breakthrough in the research on how to translate the idea of democratization into practical means.The former discusses what the democratization of education is and why it is needed.The latter discusses how to democratize education and how to do so.Generally speaking,the main content of school management is nothing more than people and things,people involved in teachers and students,things are mainly teaching management.Student management is the top priority of school management,the starting point and the destination of management.Since the late 1970s,the theorists advocated the democratic management of schools,it has been more than 40 years,but the progress is slow.The academic circle either attributed to the old concept of school administrators,or attributed to the rigid management methods.This paper studies D school teachers that exist in the analysis of school management to student's extreme controls and extreme laissez faire,summed up the contradiction between "authority and democracy" in student behavior management problems,analyze the reasons behind,the root of the found that the problem is not completely management style and management methods,but in the old management concept under the command of a set of rigid management pattern,raises democratization education mode is to coordinate the contradictions of this view,put forward the class convention is the maneuverability of the practical education democracy means.In the field of educational theory,the class convention has been discussed for a long time,but its value and requirements are mostly expounded or the implementation experience is summarized.Moreover,the class convention is often used as a supplement to the class rules and regulations,and there is basically no legal principle or procedure related to the class convention.This paper,for the first time,demonstrates why the class convention must be implemented in schools from the perspectives of publicity and legitimacy,and proves that the implementation of the class convention is conducive to enhancing students' awareness of public participation,and is also the fundamental to guarantee the priority of students' rights.Convention article mainly from the perspective of jurisprudence on the class and school rules and regulations,the relationship between first proposed to replace the class class convention rules and regulations,and try to make class under the convention of the design of the system structure,the process of class convention and rules of procedure of the design,in detail elaborated the class convention in the implementation of the role of functional problems,and these problems are analysed.The basic conclusion of the study is that the class convention designed in this paper conforms to the requirements of jurisprudence.
