Watering flowers and roots,cultivating people and cultivating hearts,junior middle school teenagers are in the "jointing and booting stage" of life,which needs careful guidance and cultivation.Moral and rule of law course in junior high school plays an important role in educating students,and is the key course to fulfill the fundamental task of promoting morality and cultivating people.Therefore,the school should reasonably and confidently open the moral and rule of law course,and the teachers should turn the moral and rule of law course into the course that students like.The traditional"indoctrination" teaching method can' t meet the requirements of new teaching concepts and meet the needs of students' development.Problem teaching method overcomes the disadvantages of traditional teaching.It is student-based and problem-oriented.By creating problem situations.it guides students to find and put forward problems,and guides students to explore and solve problems through group cooperation.Problem teaching method not only helps students master knowledge,but also pays attention to the cultivation of students' problem consciousness and problem solving ability,which is widely used in teaching.Through practice teaching,it is found that there are some problems,and there is a gap between the actual teaching effect and the expected teaching objective.This paper makes a preliminary research and discussion on the application of problem teaching method in the moral and legal classroom of junior middle school.From the perspective of its unique advantages and functions.it is necessary and important to implement problem teaching in moral and rule of law courses of junior middle school.Problem teaching method is in line with the requirements of practical innovation in the core quality of Chinese students' development,in line with the curriculum features and textbook features of moral and rule of law course in junior middle school,and in line with the cognitive rules of contemporary junior middle school students,which is an important basis for implementing problem teaching method in classroom teaching.Problem teaching method is conducive to cultivating students'interest in learning,promoting teachers' professional development,establishing a good teacher-student relationship,and effectively exerting the educational function of moral and rule of law courses,which is the advantage of problem teaching method in classroom teaching.According to the teaching action research and teacher to the student survey,understand the using status quo of question teaching method through the investigation,problem teaching method in junior middle school moral and the main problems existing in the course teaching under the rule of law are creating problem situation of lack of correlation between sexual life creativity,the design of the problem and put forward scientific enough,the problem of students in the process of discussion with the teacher's cooperation is not efficient,expand the sublimation link for students to improve ability of divergent thinking the effect not beautiful.The reason of the problem lies in that the teaching evaluation of the school emphasizes the result rather than the process,and does not pay enough attention to the training of teachers.Teachers' professional skills are not strong enough,and their ability to apply problem teaching method is not enough.Students lack the awareness of problems and the willingness to participate in class is not strong enough.To solve the problems existing in the application of problem teaching method in moral and rule of law in junior middle school,this paper mainly discusses the strategies of scientific and effective implementation of problem teaching method from the three levels of the application of problem teaching method in the relationship between teachers and students.Promote classroom reform and innovation,adhere to the unity of theory and practice;Build harmonious relationship between teachers and students,adhere to the unity of dominance and subjectivity;Change the way of teaching and learning,adhere to the indoctrination and inspiration.Consistent with the teaching requirements of each link of the problem teaching method,scientific creation of the situation,to help students find problems;Clear learning objectives and raise questions effectively;Carry out research effectively,guide students to solve doubts;Reasonable evaluation feedback,teachers and students together to summarize the promotion...
