Since reform and opening-up,our country introduced many policies to promote education fair,also a lot of achievements,but in terms of current situation,areas and between regions,between school and school,between preparation and preparation group,there is still a difference between the teachers and teachers,and collective lesson preparation is to reduce the difference of a kind of important way,is the school to improve the level of teachers' knowledge and ability,constantly sum up experience,accumulate experience,and improve the teaching work of the research platform.For newly employed middle school chemistry teachers,collective lesson preparation can learn from experienced teachers and further improve all aspects of their teaching design,which can be regarded as an effective way to promote their own professional development.The teaching design ability of teachers is an important part of the professional development of middle school teachers.With the implementation of the new curriculum reform,the requirements on the classroom are increasingly high,which requires teachers to fully design a class before class.Novice teachers are the future of school education.The development of the teaching design ability of the novice teachers determines the development level of school education in the future.Therefore,the improvement of the teaching design ability of the novice middle school chemistry teachers should be paid more attention to.The research on the influence of collective lesson preparation on the teaching design ability of chemistry teachers in novice middle schools is very beneficial to further improve the implementation effect and significance of collective lesson preparation and the teaching design ability of chemistry teachers in novice middle schools.So this study "now the present situation of the school collective lesson preparation and new type high school chemistry teachers' current teaching design ability"and "collective lesson preparation of new type high school chemistry teachers' teaching design ability to influence whether a significant" and "how to use collective lesson preparation,the teaching and researching activities improve the new type of high school chemistry teachers' teaching design ability",etc.This study consists of five parts.The first part is the introduction,including the research background,research questions and assumptions,and research design.The second part is a literature review,including the core concepts of novice teachers,collective lesson preparation and instructional design ability,and an integrated analysis of domestic and foreign studies related to this study.The third part is the investigation and research on the influence of collective lesson preparation on the teaching design ability of chemistry teachers in novice middle schools.It explains the questionnaire design,sample content and reliability of the questionnaire,makes descriptive statistics on the teaching design ability of chemistry teachers in novice middle schools,and analyzes the differences of demographic variables.Fourth part in collective lesson preparation this big background how to promote the new type of teaching middle school chemistry teachers' teaching design ability is analyzed,from the department in charge of education,school,preparing group,the novice teachers four aspects put forward the corresponding strategies,next to a teachers' collective lesson preparation before and after the text studies the teaching design,validation of collective lesson preparation of new type high school chemistry teachers' teaching design ability.The fifth part mainly discusses the conclusion,innovation and deficiency of this research.The research conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)In teaching design,we pay attention to the reorganization of textbook knowledge and the integration of chemistry knowledge,but relatively ignore the selection of teaching strategies.In the process of teaching design,attention should be paid to the design of teaching process to ensure the integrity of the classroom,while ignoring the formulation of classroom teaching objectives,making it a "class with unclear objectives".Focusing on the grasp of the teaching content in the curriculum standard,while ignoring the observation and understanding of the core element of students,deviates from the core idea of "student-development-oriented" in the new curriculum standard.(2)Collective lesson preparation to promote the new type of effective development of the high school chemistry teachers' teaching design ability,collective lesson preparation of new type high school chemistry teachers' teaching design ability to promote significant differences for collective lesson preparation time and frequency,to get real implementation for collective lesson preparation,for collective lessons once a week,every 60 minutes collective lesson preparation is more significant effects on ability of teaching design.(3)From the education department,school,lesson preparation group,novice teachers themselves to give the strategy to improve the teaching design ability.To meet the development needs of novice middle school teachers,take the lead in organizing the whole district or the whole city's collective teaching and research activities,and give full play to the leading role of experts;Take the lead to carry out various teaching design competitions and quality course selection activities,to show the platform for novice teachers;Carry out professional training for novice teachers,establish a research organization for the professional development of young teachers,and strengthen the communication among novice teachers.Schools need to further improve the collective lesson preparation inspection system to ensure the efficient and orderly development of collective lesson preparation;Strengthen the communication between the teaching and research groups of different subjects and enrich the collective lesson preparation form of each teaching and research group.The lesson preparation leader should clarify his responsibilities,arrange and organize the collective lesson preparation activities,and effectively ensure the efficient and orderly collective lesson preparation.Adhere to the system of listening to lectures,pay attention to the management of teaching process,so that the collective lesson preparation results fall into place.First of all,novice teachers should prepare lessons independently before class preparation,and constantly learn to enrich their own knowledge.Actively participate in a variety of collective lesson preparation activities to improve their own teaching design ability;Strengthen the collective lesson preparation and classroom practice after the reflection of the work,tidy up the teaching postscript.This study provides an idea for improving the teaching design ability of chemistry teachers in novice middle schools from the perspective of collective lesson preparation.However,the research tools need to be further improved and the research objects need to be further expanded.
