The 19th national congress of the communist party of China(CPC)made it clear that:"we should fully implement the party's educational policy,carry out the fundamental task of cultivating people with morality,develop quality-oriented education,promote equity in education,and train socialist builders and successors who are well developed morally,intellectually,physically and aesthetically.With the new round of curriculum reform,the goal of ideological and political discipline training is mainly to highlight the"discipline quality" and improve the comprehensive quality of students.In high school ideological and political teaching,cultivating students' knowledge migration ability plays an important role in improving students' independent learning ability and promoting their all-round development.The research is based on my teaching practice of senior high school ideological and political course,it also combined with questionnaire surveys and interview summary,as well as my own teaching experience and reflection,my research focuses on the cultivation of students' knowledge migration ability in ideological and political course of senior high school.The specific content is divided into four parts:The first part is the introduction,which expounds the reason and significance of the research on students' knowledge migration ability of the ideological and political course in senior high school,describes the research status at home and abroad on the cultivation of students' knowledge migration ability of the ideological and political course in senior high school,introduces the ideas and methods of this research,and clarifies the key and difficult points and innovation points of the research.The second part briefly explains the specific connotation and importance of students' knowledge migration ability of high school in ideological and political class.First of all,it explains and defines the concepts of the "Migration and Knowledge Migration" and "Knowledge Migration Ability","Knowledge Migration Ability of Ideological and Political Course in High School".On the basis,it further analyzes the importance of the cultivation of knowledge migration ability of ideological and political course for senior high school students from the following three aspects:helping to promote the reform and development of ideological and political course in senior high school;helping to promote the overall development of students,which will be helpful to promote teachers' teaching ability and skills.The third part sums up the problems and causes of the cultivation of students'knowledge migration ability of senior high school ideological and political class.The research is based on the high school ideological and political teaching practice,mainly using questionnaire survey method and interview summary method for research and analysis,on the basis of comprehensive analysis of relevant data,summarize the training main problems of knowledge migration ability of high school ideological and political course:the independent training consciousness of students' knowledge migration ability is weak;some teachers have a single way to cultivate students' knowledge migration ability;the students are obviously influenced by the negative migration effect of thinking set.Then I have a further analysis about the main causes of these phenomena:Firstly,it is insufficient for students' cognitive structure.Secondly,some of the teachers lack of the ability of knowledge migration;Thirdly,it is difficult for teachers to excavate the migration points of teaching materials.Last but not least,there is no reference standard for knowledge migration ability evaluation.The fourth part focuses on the cultivation strategy of students' knowledge migration ability of high school ideological and political class.In view of the problems found in the investigation and research,combined with the interview and exchange experience of senior high school ideological and political teachers and the summary of my teaching practice,this paper puts forward the following six strategies:using current events to expand knowledge migration;Creating teaching situation and promoting knowledge migration;Construct mind map and optimize knowledge migration;Pay attention to analogical association,improve knowledge migration;Strengthening variant training and deepening knowledge migration;Reform the evaluation mechanism to promote knowledge migration.
