| At present,under the background of the new curriculum reform in China,high-efficiency classroom reform is vigorously carried out in primary and secondary schools in various provinces and cities.In this curriculum reform,various forms of high-efficiency classroom reform have emerged as the times require.Among them,the famous ones are "271" teaching mode in Changle No.2 Middle School,"336" mode in Dulangkou Middle School,and "learning before teaching,in-class training" mode in Yangsi Middle School.These schools have achieved certain teaching results by using the high-efficiency classroom,which has prompted a large number of educators to imitate and introduce the efficient classroom teaching mode of these famous universities into classroom teaching.In order to improve the quality of teaching,under the leadership of the school leaders,teachers went to Changle No.2 Middle School and Yuan'an No.1 Middle School many times to study the efficient classroom reform,and to carry out effective classroom practice teaching in our school.This paper introduces the teaching practice of efficient classroom teaching mode in our school,points out the effects and negative effects in the process of practice,and puts forward some improvement measures for these negative effects.In this study,questionnaires,interviews,observation and other methods were used to investigate the use of efficient classroom teaching mode in the practice of chemistry curriculum in our school and its practical effect.The research finds that the efficient classroom teaching mode in our school's chemistry teaching has improved the students'interest in chemistry learning and their expressive ability,but there are still some problems,such as the solidification of learning plan,the singleness of classroom teaching mode and the ineffective achievement of teaching objectives.In order to solve these problems,let our school's efficient classroom teaching path wider and wider,teachers can not copy the model of famous schools directly,should be based on the actual situation of our school,compile flexible guidance plans,use a variety of teaching methods,fully mobilize the enthusiasm of students,enhance students' chemical core literacy.This paper is divided into six parts:The first part is the introduction,which mainly describes the background and practical significance of the research,the content of the research,and the research methods.The second part is the introduction of related theories,including constructivism theory,cooperative learning theory and effective teaching theory.These theories have guiding significance for the implementation of efficient classroom teaching.The third part is the investigation of the current situation of the implementation of efficient classroom teaching,which mainly investigates the implementation of Chemistry Teaching in the second middle school in Guangshui City.This paper investigates the application of efficient classroom teaching mode in our school,and through questionnaires,understands the effect of the implementation of efficient classroom teaching mode:mainly including students' interest in the curriculum,the implementation of classroom teaching objectives,and students' test results at the stage.At the same time,it reflects on the achievements and negative effects of the efficient classroom teaching mode in teaching.The fourth part elaborates the correction strategies of the negative effects of the efficient classroom teaching mode,and puts forward some suggestions for the improvement of the efficient classroom teaching in our school.The fifth part is the conclusion and discussion,elaborating the conclusion,innovation and significance of the study,and finally the shortcomings and prospects of the study. |
